Hot air balloon flights are completely dependent on weather conditions. The direction and speed of the flight depends on the wind, so sometimes there is the possibility of not flying over the archaeological site.
Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to take the balloon flight.
People under the influence of alcoholic beverages are not allowed to fly.
What To Expect
Mexico City
If you select the option, we will pick you up at the entrance of your hotel in Mexico City (Only at touristic areas, subject to availability)
Upon arrival at the Volare Balloon Port, you will need to check in. Afterward, you can enjoy a delicious coffee while watching the balloons inflate. Then we will take off and fly over Teotihuacan.

Duration: 3 hours: Total duration of the experience from arrival to the Balloon Port Volare to departure. (Approximate times) No transportation required: Choose this option if you want to arrive to the Volare Balloon Port (Volare Vuelos en Globo) by yourself in your own car.
With round-trip transportation service from Mexico City.
Duration: 6 hours: Total duration of the experience from pickup at your hotel to return to your hotel. (Approximate times) Round trip transportation from Mexico City: Select this option if you want round trip transportation from Mexico City and return at the end of the experience. Pickup included

5.00An absolutely unforgettable experience floating over the Teotihuacán pyramids at sunrise. The scale of the ancient site from above is breathtaking — nothing prepares you for that view. Our pilot was skilled and the whole operation was professional from start to finish. One of the best things we’ve ever done. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Mexico City

5.00We had an incredible experience here! The 45 minute balloon ride was so worth it. We got to see so many beautiful things and enjoyed the nature. It wasn’t too cold in the air, though it’s a good idea to have a jacket. All the staff was so sweet and took such good care of us. Our pilot showed us all the sights in every direction and we had a very smooth landing! The food was yummy and the mariachi band was fantastic. Everyone was so sweet. The only issue is that you have to be a bit careful with the meetup spot. The Uber app was very confused about the address and took us to another location 15 minutes away. We did make it time and it was all fine! But I suggest booking your transportation through the tour as well, just for ease.
