What a beautiful experience! Oh to be back on a boat in Croatia.. This tour is what dreams are made of. Dina’s passion for her city and the stories she shared with us about the history and with her own personal touch of growing up in the streets of Zadar is something that will stick with us forever. Such beautiful hosts that took us around the Old town, showed us everything and made us feel like we were part of the team that player in those streets years sgo. Never forgetting this experience and can’t wait to come back to the beautiful city pf Zadar!

We highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Zadar Old Town. On a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 12! Ante and Gina could not have been more pleasant, any more knowledgeable, nor any more passionate about the historic city they love. We truly enjoyed a conversation with them as it was definitely not the prepared speech you hear from many tour guides. The boat ride on the gajeta made us the tourist attraction for the crowd of tourists visiting the Sea Organ! Our visit to Zadar was made very memorable by this time well spent with Ante and Gina.

One of the highlights of our week away, and got a massive thumbs up from the new visitors to Zadar in our group! The boat is beautiful, very unique, and both Ante and Dina were wonderful guides and hosts. They were knowledgeable and engaging about their city, and kind enough to share some great tips for local eats and drinks too. I would highly recommend and would definitely be interested to try one of their other tours next time I visit Zadar ☺️ thanks again guys!

The hosts were lovely they knew a lot about Zadar and the region either a lot of interesting facts about the nature, history and zadar it self. It was really quaint to see their proudness about their hometown and heritage. Which comes al together in the boat(trip)

A unique experience and very exclusive - as there are very few of these traditional wooden boats called "gajeta" left. It is an experience that tells the story of the history and way of life of the people of Dalmatia. It is also a story of passionate people who love their homeland and who do not want to let this tradition be forgotten. Wonderful.

Being in the beautiful city of Zadar makes it one, floating around on a traditional “Gajeta” boat makes it two, and having incredible guides makes it three reasons why I would definitely recommend this trip! It was impressive to see how the guides found the perfect blend of telling both funny and interesting stories. They both grew up in Zadar, giving you an authentic and passionate viewpoint on the city and it’s history. Something that is hard to find elsewhere!

I visited Zadar, Croatia, and I have a wonderful memory of it. Our guide proved to be extremely professional and well prepared. What struck me most was the passion with which he told us about his city: he spoke with love and deep pride for his land, making every explanation engaging and authentic. The boat trip was also an unforgettable experience. This is not just any tourist activity, but a real dive into the Zadar tradition, lived in an authentic and genuine way. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to know the true essence of Zara.
