5.00Very reliable! Pickup from Zurich airport was seamless for our family of four. Pavel was a careful and efficient driver and guide and we had a great private tour from Zurich to Lucerne with stops at Rhine falls, Interlaken and Mt Pilatus. Correspondence and bookings with Nikoleta at the office were promptly managed with all the assistance and recommendations we needed. I will not hesitate to recommend Pavel and Trip Transfers!
