5.00A wonderful day out. Healesville animals are fabulous with a well thought out dedicated care programme so as not to exploit them. Puffing Billy so much fun too. We were looked after by Margaret who was wonderful. Her short trip into the forest was inspirational. As if things couldn't get better, I stupidly lost some money on the bus and left it unknowingly. Yet 3 days later Margaret returned it to me having found it later. Great service and thank you Margaret!

5.00Our trip was wonderfully relaxing and filled with fascinating moments. Mark, our guide, made the journey even more enjoyable with his engaging fun facts—especially the story about lyrebirds mimicking the sounds of the Puffing Billy train! The ride itself was a delightful way to immerse ourselves in the native bush, surrounded by stunning scenery and magnificent views. A highlight of the day was visiting Healesville Sanctuary. The Spirit of the Sky show was truly special, with the wedge-tailed eagle and the barking owl stealing the spotlight. Watching these majestic birds up close was both inspiring and unforgettable. Overall, it was an interesting, enriching, and beautifully paced experience and would highly recommend this tour!

4.00The guide explains the steps of the day. Healesville Sanctuary very nice pictures of koalas and kangaroos. The Billy Shearwater train is a beautiful way to see the landscape. I recommend!

5.00Pickup and dropoff are on time, our tour guide Gina is friendly and full of knowledge to share about Melbourne and surrounds. Healesville Sanctuary has a lot of adorable animals, in particular, it's great to see lyrebird, Tasmanian devil, wombat and echidna. Puffing Billy train ride is a wonderful experience even though it's not our first time riding it. The tour would be even better if we are given a bit more time to explore the rainforest at Grants Picnic Ground and the park at Lakeside station.

5.00It was an amazing experience, Gina is so nice, a very welcoming and friendly guide, very careful about your needs. She gives you plenty of informations and advices about wildlife and your tour, moreover you can ask her all questions. Her driving is very safe and the soundtrack very appreciated as well😉

5.00This was a lot of fun. Gina provided great commentary and took fantastic pictures for us on the train. The wildlife park was an amazing experience that allowed us to get closer to the animals than a zoo would have. And it was really interesting to learn about the conservation efforts. The animal hospital in the park was also fascinating to see. The only downside to this was the rain, but thankfully it held off while we were on the train.

5.00Great day out, our driver for the day Anthony was a really nice guy, he was very informative and shared story’s on the drive. He took the time to chat with all of us, checking that we was all ok. He made it a really fun and enjoyable day

4.00We enjoyed the wildlife park but felt the entrance fee ( included in our tour price) was expensive. The park is like a rabbit warren so make sure you know where the exit is if you have a departure schedule. Puffing Billy was great. Our guide was lovely as well. Very pleasant and calm young woman.
