Bruce Belcher’s Daintree River Cruises offer a one-hour wild life cruise. We are enthusiastic, honest, exciting and informative. We are keen bird watchers and have a good eye for crocodiles and tree snakes, with crocodiles being spotted on 98% of trips, particularly in cooler months. We don't provide Daintree bird watching tours however the native bird life in the Daintree is abundant.

Talk about the future not what was done in the past . Keep politics out of it ..I did not like the way the presenter was blaming the English for the past .

We had a great time cruising the Daintree and spotting Crocs. Friendly and knowledgeable guide. We only saw one adult croc but that was due to the time of year we chose to travel. I’m sure many more crocs saw us!!

Great experience. Our guide, Ray, was very informative and witty. Our young one enjoyed the boat trip also. We were lucky to see a few crocs despite heavy rain.
See crocodiles in their natural state.

We had gone to the Daintree forest to take a route and bathe. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the bus that gets you and saves you a hot 45 minute walk. During the wait at the visitor center we asked if you could take a boat tour along the river to see crocodiles. They suggested this company. From there, using our Telstra SIM we did the entire booking process. We finished our route, took the car and the directions were very precise: we arrived perfect and with time margin. On the boat we were about 20 people, with views in all directions. We saw big, small crocodiles, young, swimming in the river and climbing onto a platform. Magnificent experience; also, at the end it was included or refreshed with comisa and drink. There we discovered Bundaberg lemonade. I recommend this crocodile sighting with complete confidence.

This was a very relaxed tour with a friendly and informative guide. We saw a few crocs and heard plenty of local stories from the guide.

Lovely tour and reasonably priced, Bruce was a knowledgeable and friendly guide. I’m sure he must repeat the same info multiple times a day but managed to still make it feel relaxed and like he was just telling us stuff rather than repeating a script. We saw two crocs, plenty of birds and lovely views of the river, well worth an hour of your time! Also nice to know you’re supporting a small local family business. If you’re passing this way, don’t miss it!

Bruce was very friendly and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the cruise in general! We were lucky enough to spot crocs towards the end which was amazing !

We did the 1 hour wildlife cruise yesterday afternoon organised through Daintree Discovery Tours. Unfortunately I cant remember the name of our guide but he was extremely informative and very funny making it a really enjoyable cruise.
