Old Adobe Mission

The Old Adobe Mission was built by hand by the Mexicans who first settled in Scottsdale in the late 1910s. Completed in 1933, today it stands as a historic monument, as one of only three remaining adobe structures in downtown Scottsdale. Designed by Robert T. Evans it features beautiful Spanish Colonial Revival architecture and handcrafted stained-glass windows. For all who visit it provides a one-of-a-kind setting for historical reflection and spiritual solitude.

It was a beautiful day in Scottsdale! We had a nice tour of old town complete with restaurant recommendations and views of the canal area. Greyson was a great tour guide and made it fun, with a surprise twist ending!
The perfect tour for those who don’t want to, or cannot easily walk Scottsdale.

Since this was a golf cart based tour, we weren’t too sure what to expect. We ended up basically having a private tour because we were the only two people. I suspect most people would want to do this tour on a Segway. We had a truly delightful tour guide Rob who really enjoys the area and it showed. He answered all of our questions and pointed out lots of history that we would not have known otherwise.

the tour itself was through a local company and was good. booking through Viator was horrible. On website chat, Viator gave me the wrong address so we missed our initial tour time. When i called them to get the correct address, they said they would text it to me and never did.

Went with the expectation of what I read but our guide gave us far more of an adventure. Very knowledge and just a great relaxed local who enjoys his job. A really easy way to see a bit of the town and get your bearings as to where you would like to go back and visit.

Had a good tour guide, very knowledgeable and friendly… Only six adults should go , watching from last seat backwards view was not super for us but made it work..

Great tour. Hannah was knowledgeable and super pleasant, gave us great restaurant recommendations on the area, which was very helpful especially since we were starving after the tour. They supplied us with waters and maps as well. Highly recommended.
