Hluhluwe - iMfolozi Park Wilderness Area

Hluhluwe Imfolozi Game Reserve in KwaZulu-Natal is one of the oldest and largest Game Reserves in South Africa. It is home to Africa's Big Five and also other game including the elusive Cheetah, Wild Dog, Giraffe, Zebra, Nyala and so much more. Here we do a 4x4 Game Drive and get to see a wide range of animals.

St Lucia

From Hluhluwe Game Reserve, we proceed to St Lucia, 1 hour away from Hluhluwe. St Lucia, a small coastal town lies close to Isimangaliso Wetlands Park, a World Heritage Site and the St Lucia Estuary. This is where we spend the night.

Saint Lucia Estuary

Discover, Witness and Observe Hippo's, Nile Crocodiles and Hundreds of bird species on our Hippo & Croc Boat Cruise while in St Lucia. This 2 hour Boat Cruise Safari gets you close up to the residents of the estuary.

Isimangaliso Wetlands Park comprises many parks stretching a huge area. We embark on a Game Drive at one of the game reserves here. iSimangaliso Wetland Park is a huge protected area along the coast of South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal Province. The park’s centrepiece is the vast Lake St. Lucia, home to large numbers of hippos, crocodiles, pelicans and flamingos. Elephants, giraffes and leopards inhabit the grasslands and forests of the nearby Western Shores and Charters Creek areas. After the game drive we return to Durban arriving at 6pm to conclude the 2 day tour.
