12:15 Starting from Tuan Chau port transfer to the Elite of the Seas by speedboat. 12:45 Check-in the cruise. 13:00 Enjoy lunch in the Dining room. 14:00 Receive key and check-in the cabin. 15:00 - 17:00 Gather at reception area to participate in Kayaking activities at Ao Ech area, or use the swimming pool on the cruise. 16:30 - 17:30 Take pictures with the cruise by drone at the Sundeck area. (Depend weather). 17:30 - 18:00 Welcome sunset and enjoy afternoon tea at the swimming pool area. 18:00 - 19:00 Cooking demonstration at the swimming pool area & Join the Happy Hour promotions. 19:00 Enjoy an 8-course fine dining menu at the Dining room. 20:30Join the fishing session a-t the aft of our cruis-e or relax at our swimming pool, mini-golf course, spa, etc.

5.00Our 3 days, 2 nights cruise in Ha Long Bay was nothing short of spectacular, but what truly made the trip memorable was our butler Alex. He wasn’t just a representative of the cruise, he is an ambassador for Vietnamese culture. From the moment we boarded, Alex set the tone with his warmth, humor, and genuine care for every guest. But what stood out the most was how he used every chance as an opportunity to share a deeper layer of Vietnam: its traditions, stories, food, beliefs, and the small details that you only learn from someone who truly loves their country. The cruise itself has modern comfortable rooms, stunning views, great food, and a well-planned itinerary that allows you to experience what the destination has to offer. You have read that in other reviews already. If you’re considering a Ha Long Bay cruise, I can’t recommend this experience enough. And if you’re lucky enough to have Alex as your host, you’re in for something truly special.

5.00It was such an amazing trip! We booked the 3 day 2 night and the activities planned were so fun and well thought out. Everything was well planned and the service is top notch. Everyone was so welcoming and warm especially Ryan who was assigned to us to take care of everything. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

5.00This floating hotel has some of the best service I have ever encountered and being a former Disney Executive, I understand guest service. Harry Vu and CeCe had the BEST guest service I have ever experienced. Having celiac disease and a severe nut allergy Cece was able to accommodate me and actually even make me special pancakes for breakfast. Each day they have for everyone a Western menu and Vietnamese menu and you can pick and choose your food. Breakfast has a large buffet and the excursions are included. We went kayaking two days and on a bike ride on an island with lunch included, and they were able to even accommodate my allergies there. It was my favorite activity in Vietnam and one I highly recommend !!

5.00We had an amazing stay at Elite of the Seas. Our visit was truly unforgettable, mainly thanks to Ryan. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and luxurious enough for our needs. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was spacious and perfect for us. The food and overall service were exceptional – an experience we’ll never forget.

5.00This has been the highlight of our entire Vietnam trip! Seriously do not skip this. Our biggest mistake when booking this was only booking for one night. Do yourself a favor and do minimum two nights stay! We had a private boat, pick us up and drop us off, as well as our excursions. This was so nice since we got to be the first to do everything. Tommy, who was our guide, was the absolute best. Not only was he sharing tips about Ha Long Bay, but he was genuinely the best photographer. Will definitely be using the photos he took for our Christmas card!! As someone who’s traveled to over 30 countries, this is the only experience where I genuinely want to come back to and repeat, regardless if it’s somewhere I’ve been to or not. And if you’re able, book the premium suite. The back balcony is worth it alone.

Would recommend this for anyone going to Ha Long!! Elite of the Seas is definitely something else and the most exclusive cruise in the bay.

5.00An amazing time on Elite of the Seas 2 night 3 day Halong Bay cruise. The facilities and staff were amazing and the food was delicious. A special shout out to our butler Leo. He delivered exceptional service and was very kind in sharing knowledge about his Vietnamese culture. A big thanks to Tony our cruise manager for making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Amazing experience!!!
