This was an amazing experience. The transfers from Jaipur , the hotel Ranthambhor Regency and the Ranthambhor park could not have been better. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and it’s a haven after the park. We saw tigers on both days. A memorable experience.

The trip was a great experience, albeit very, very expensive. Above all, the contact with the provider and organiser via WhatsApp was uncomplicated and practical. We knew who was picking us up and how to contact the driver. We were picked up at the hotel in Jaipur and taken to the hotel by a friendly and helpful driver. We stayed at the Ranthambhore Regency, a small and cosy resort with the usual amenities, such as a pool (including a bar), bookable spa treatments, an extensive buffet and helpful and courteous staff. The hotel can compete with European 4-star hotels. We were welcomed at the hotel by an organiser for the safaris. We had two, one in the afternoon of the day of arrival and one the next morning (day of departure). The first tour was by jeep and I firmly believe that we were told that there would be four of us in the jeep. In the end there were 6 people and it was so cramped that it took all the fun out of the experience! Anyone doing the tour should listen and pay close attention at this point and insist on their comfort! On the tour we saw Spotted Deer and Sambar deer amongst other interesting animals. No tigers, it's not a zoo! You pay for the chance to see tigers in the wild, not for the chance to see them! The next morning there was coffee and tea and snacks in the lobby before the tour, which started at 06:00. We had our second tour in a canter, which is also an interesting experience. Because the jeeps can drive into areas where the canters can't go, we were able to see 2 different areas with different vegetation. Here we were lucky enough to see tigers! Twice we saw the 3 cubs of Tiger T-84 (Arrow-Head). That was a very cool experience. The animals were relaxing in the thicket, where they were naturally difficult to see, but the guide and the other participants did a very good job of making sure that everyone could see the animals well enough. It has to be said that the national park is very crowded, there are many jeeps and canters. During our tiger sighting, we ended up with three or four canters and several jeeps in the same area looking at the animals. - And yes, as usual in India, it got louder. After the second tour, we went back to the hotel. Breakfast was served until 11am, so there was plenty of time to eat. We arranged to be picked up by the driver and checked out. Then we headed back to Jaipur. All in all, it was a great trip! I think it's difficult to rate it positively if you haven't seen any tigers at the end, because all the marketing creates extreme expectations. We spoke to a couple in the hotel who had only briefly seen a tiger once on 4 safari tours. Therefore, at this point once again, the trip creates the possibility of seeing tigers, it brings no guarantee!

We had very big big luck. We saw a tiger and we even saw, how he caught an Antilope only 100m from us. Great experience, but surely not a common situation

We were lucky and managed to see the tigers but many people we spoke to in ranthambore did not. If you really do want to see the tigers I recommend doing at least 2 days - we did not see the tigers on the first day. Organisation was great and the tigress resort is incredible! Overall brilliant experience, would recommend Only nag is we felt sometimes guides/tour operators were stood waiting for tips after service which made us feel LESS obliged to give one The safaris are very bumpy so make sure you’re prepared!
