2.00The instructions on the website are vague. When it became clear that an app was needed, this was tedious to set up. The app was glitchy and not clear how to use. All-in-all disappointing.

1.00I have used Viator with good results many times in the past but this driving audio tour was useless due to being unable to understand the voice that was garbled and skipped in and out.
