2.00The ride itself was pretty good and the driver was very nice. My problem was that I was getting conflicting information online about how long the tickets were valid for and whether or not we had to check in at the Empress. I called them at least 6 times and sent several messages over the course of 2 days, and never got a response. Still haven't gotten a response, but it's over now so it doesn't matter.

1.00Not worth it. Customer service didn't get back to Inquiry until over 24 hours after booking. Driver was kind but customer service is very delayed so do not expect to get any resolutions.
