5.00If you're a first time visitor to Victoria this is a great way to get a feel for the city's popular sites. You can do the whole ride then go back to those you want to spend time at or hop off at one & catch a later bus to the next spot that grabs your interest. The bus is comfy & the narration was interesting & humorous.

2.00The hop on hop off was a great idea if it did exactly what they stated. Wait times were extremely long, waiting almost 90 for a ride at some stops. Worse part was when the driver Hummingbird didn’t even stop to pick us up one time. Just lift her hands in a motion of “oh well” while she drove past the stop with no hesitation. She also made it really clear that she was in vacation mode when we first joined her and kept insisting that we donate to her vacation fund, aka give her a tip, plus made it awkward that she was running late and kept saying “this day is screwed up.” Overall, I suggest not booking with them, unless you like long wait times, want hear about the importance of tips and someone’s true opinion on topics that shouldn't be shared.

5.00We only did tour without getting off due to time constraints, but it the open air top and guide/driver were excellent. We got to see much of Victoria and learn quite a bit.
