5.00Ryuji Matsuyama was a most generous host!!Extremely knowledgable about the Castle and gave us interesting side facts on Japanese culture and customs. My two teenage boys were captivated,which says it all.As an added bonus he gave us the best tips on secluded special lunch spots. Thank you for a wonderful morning!

5.00Excellent tour!! Ryuji did a great job and knew all the best places to go and things to see. He answered our many questions and was very entertaining. Took extra time to show us a specific item that we asked about seeing. Highly recommend both the tour and Ryuji as a guide.

5.00Rie was a great tour guide. She explained lots of cool details about the castle and took many photos of our family. We really got a lot out of this tour and would recommend it to others who are interested in learning more about this castle. Her tour made visiting this gorgeous site much more interesting than it would have been with just an audio tour and guide book.

5.00If you are going to visit one castle in Japan then Himeji Castle is highly recommended. We stopped off for a guided tour on our journey from Hiroshima to Osaka. Our guide Ryuji helped us explore the castle and understand the way of the Samurai. Ryuji was very informative explaining the history of the castle and its secrets while keeping it light hearted and entertaining. A really enjoyable tour.
