This 2.5-hour tour spans over 28/45 km and offers a unique opportunity to witness the beauty and history of this iconic location. Our knowledgeable guides will take you through the most picturesque spots, providing interesting insights and facts along the way. Don't miss out on this unforgettable experience! As part of the tour, the Backcountry section offers a mesmerizing experience of exploring natural arches and fascinating Petroglyphs that date back to the Anasazi civilization, providing a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of the region.

We do observe Daylight Savings TIme. We are on Mountain Standard Time (UT). Be advised that there is a one hour time difference between Arizona Time Zone and the Navajo Nation Time Zone (Mid-March to October).

• All tours leave from the FRONT of The View Hotel building. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time for loading. Our guide will be waiting for you in front of the hotel at the LOADING AREA, approximately 50 yards west of the entrance. We depart strictly on the hour, so please be punctual. 5.00Worth every penny. Only regret is that we did not book a longer tour than the 2.5 hour. Our tour guide was amazing. Scenery was just stunning. We did the 12 o'clock tour in early February and had the entire tour area to ourselves - no other groups were in the area so we got lucky. I would absolutely book with them again.

5.00We took the 2 1/2 hour backcountry tour. Leevander Mann was our guide. He was very knowledgeable about Monument Valley and its history. I would highly recommend a tour with this company and this guide. Well worth the price of admission.!!!!!!

5.00I am so glad we did a tour. We saw many locations which were in the restricted area. Bobby was very knowledgeable and such a nice guy. I am glad I did not have to drive the dirt roads in my vehicle.

5.00The overall experience was fantastic! Not only did we enjoy views, but the tour guide’s commentary was insightful. We also had the opportunity to interact with the locals and learn about their daily lives and history. Since the group size was small, our guide was able to give everyone personalized attention.
