Autopia’s Great Ocean Road tour was the best ever, largely due to our fabulous guide Janet! She shares the interesting history, geography, geology, flora and fauna of the area. She has the best positive attitude and entertains with Aussie music. Janet exhibits and definition of hospitality and brings such genuine joy each day. She was a terrific ‘mother hen’ in the sweetest way, looking after each of us. Even when unexpected rains and gale winds came, she knew exactly how to pivot for lovely hikes and optimal animal viewing. 🎶 Here’s to Janet she’s true blue! She’s an Aussie through and through! 🎶 Thanks “J Dog”! We loved every minute! 😍

It was an amazing 3-day trip from Adelaide to Melbourne. Our guide/driver Ben, is professional and resourceful, leading us to explore Grampian, to hike a rocky route from Wonderland to Pinnacle for spectacular views of the landscape. Also, we saw many wild kangaroos and koalas during the trip. Ben is a wonderful guide who always create cheerful atmosphere. We all enjoyed a great and fantastic journey.

The itinerary for this trip is fantastic, and we highly recommend it for anyone traveling from Adelaide to Melbourne (or vice versa). A great way to incorporate both the Great Ocean Road and a visit to the Grampians National Park, while seeing part of the Australian landscape and small towns along the way! James was our tour guide and really made the whole trip! He engaged us from start to finish with trivia, information, conversation, BBQ skills, and loads of music – all with his Aussie charm serving as glue across our diverse group of 14. He was extremely attentive to everyone’s needs, and ensured we had everything we needed along the way – from bathroom stops to ordering food and everything in between – he was the consummate tour guide and an absolute pro with all of us. You’ll be lucky if you find him as your guide and companion!!! Logistically, hotels were clean. The food was good (2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch). Driving was safe. Cannot recommend this trip more as an alternative from getting to point B from point A!

This trip was simply AMAZING! Our tour guide Jdawg was just the BEST, she is exceptional! Such a lovely person, really well organised, knowing lots of stories and facts about wildlife and all the places we went to. She is absolutely focused on giving everyone a wonderful experience with lots of nice surprises on the way, always looking after each guest and the need of the group. The trip itself was planned well, lots of different things to see, perfect combination of driving, hiking, enjoying. Accommodation was really good and food was amazing. Much better than with any other trip I did during my 7 week travels in Australia.

Good overview of different environments in Australia - desert, rainforest, coast line. Great to see animals in the wild rather than a zoo.
