Yellowstone National Park Access Updates The East Gate is scheduled to open on 05/02/2025. Until then, attractions such as Upper and Lower Falls, Artist Point, Hayden Canyon, Mud Volcano, Fishing Bridge, and West Thumb Geyser will be inaccessible. The South Gate is set to open on 05/10/2025, meaning West Thumb Geyser will remain inaccessible between 05/02/2025 and 05/09/2025. Thank you for your understanding during these seasonal closures.
Age and Safety: Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women may join if under 24 weeks by the trip's end.
What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
Booking Details: Ensure all booking details (name, contact, flight info) are accurate. Errors will result in personal costs. A reachable phone number is required for safety and communication.
Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
Hotel Rooms: Accommodate 2-4 guests with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed (based on availability); deposits are processed via credit card. For groups over four or separate rooms, please book separately.
Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions may change—check the product website for updates.The operator is not liable for damages unless required by law.
Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.

Embark on an adventure starting from Salt Lake City to the picturesque town of Jackson, explore the famous Elk Antler Arches on Town Square. Then proceed to Grand Teton National Park, enjoy the breathtaking view of glacier-crowned peaks and the river valley. Head to Yellowstone National Park afterwards, marveling at Yellowstone Lake, the West Thumb Geyser Basin, and iconic geothermal features. Stay overnight in Town of West Yellowstone.

Norris Geyser Basin
Sightseeing and Moderate Hiking Norris Geyser Basin, named after an early Yellowstone Superintendent, may be the hottest geyser basin in Yellowstone. The stark, barren landscape of Porcelain Basin is the result of the acidic environment. Due to the hostile condition plants, algae and bacteria have difficulty in establishing themselves. Instead, the basin derives its colors from mineral oxides, in spectrums of pink, red, orange (iron oxides) and yellow (sulfur and iron sulfates). The largest geyser in the world is located here. Steamboat Geyser has long periods of dormancy, but when it does erupt it sends jets of water nearly 380 feet high in a spectacular display.
Artist Point
Sightseeing Artist Point is one of the most spectacular scenic areas in the Canyon Area of the Park. The sheer walls drop 700 feet to the bottom of the canyon. Upriver the powerful Lower Falls are still in view. Downriver the canyon widens and deepens to a maximum of 1,540 feet. The canyon walls are predominantly yellow but colors of blue, red, orange and brown are also present. The colors are ever changing and especially intensified after a rain with bright sunshine.

Sightseeing This valley, centrally located in Yellowstone National Park, is the first place to go to see wildlife in Yellowstone. As you drive along this beautiful, broad valley you are likely to see herds of bison, scattered elk (and the occasional herd), and the occasional grizzly bear. You are also likely to see waterfowl, including ducks, Canadian geese and pelicans, swimming in or lounging near the Yellowstone River.

5.00Visiting Yellowstone was on my bucket list, and this tour made it happen. I also got to see Grand Teton and some beautiful spots in Utah. Milo was an amazing tour guide; he provided all the essential information and instructions, and he was friendly and efficient. I joined this tour alone, but I felt comfortable the whole time, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Thank you to Milo and the tour participants.

1.00DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP. This is the first internet review I have ever written but I believe it has to be written. This company engages in dangerous, and unethical business practices and Viator DOES NOT stand behind them and the product. They should be sued for fraud. I am a US surgeon who booked this trip for my wife and kids from Boston. After paying 4k in travel costs to get there. The company did not pick them up at the Radisson. They also did not notify us. We called them at 7:20 am while waiting at the hotel lobby asking where the tour guide was. They then proceeded to lie to us 3 times saying they could not find our booking. Later, they called us back 30 min later and said they could not accommodate us and to pick another date in the future. I notified Viator who said sorry they do not have to refund us for our travel costs outside of the tour itself, much less for our time and troubles. If Viator and Tripadvisor conduct themselves this way they should not be in business. I am looking to contact an attorney and possibly someone in the media to tell my story.

1.00Very bad customer service. My flight was delayed and I asked to wait for an hour to tour operator. They respond me fee hours ago that they are not going to wait. They didn’t even allow to reschedule for other day. I lost all my money. The tour was for Rocky Mountain but I have to write review here because they disable me to give review at Rocky Mountain tour. Very frustrating, very disappointed.
Quick tour of top attractions of Yellowstone National park

3.00The tour covers most of the important attractions in YellowStone and some spots at Teton national parks. Just be prepared for long days more than 12 h each day. Its worth it for the amazing landscapes. Parks have no shops for water or food. Its better to pack everything before as we didnt stop for breakfast/lunch in typical restaurants. Only drawback was the tour guide, Benson, speaking mandarin most of the time. I can understand that 95% of the group were chinese, but all of them were able to speak English fluently. Thought little insensitive and inappropriate for a tour in US. It should have been mentioned that "tour offered in Mandarin" instead of English. Bit frustrated hearing constantly chinese and only tiny bit of english translation here and there. May be he explained in chinese but forgot to translate, we had no clue of where we are heading to until we reached a spot and whole plan for the day. It would have been "5 stars" rating otherwise. However, the tour guide efficiently handled the time and tweaks in itinerary. Frank, the driver, did a great job of driving safely. Though we had enough time in each spots, if you want to spend more time and stop for wild animal sightings, its better to drive on your own. However, the luxury of bus travel avoiding parking issues and planned itinerary may work for solo travelers like me.
