5.00Full weekend. the New York pass is not possible you should know. The guide gets everyone s money and pays for the group. Excursions are optional: the less you do, the more free time you have. You need to add 27€ of tips and 6€ for the i94 form at the border. Personally, we chose not to do Madame Tusseau or the intrepid museum which left us more free time to stroll the streets and visit Central Park. We also had time to see the central station. The highlight of the weekend is also the fact that the bus waits at the exit of the tour, which saves valuable travel time between each visit.

1.00The hotel where we stayed was said to be a 3-star hotel. But in really it was a filthy place that was barely a 1-star hotel. The guide was using English and French, but you can’t understand anything he was explaining. The guide charged numerous additional fees including what he said was a service fee. All the additional fees were close to $200 UD, on top of anything paid upfront. I will never use this company again to travel to New York City for end of year events. A truly disappointing trip.

1.00I had a bad experience with this tour operator in New York. I arrived on time for pickup, but they left early without checking if I was there, even though they waited 15 minutes for other families. I had to take an Uber back to my hotel, which was far from New York, causing extra hassle and expense. This was my personal experience.

5.00We really enjoyed our 3 days trip in New York, the program was really good and our guide Jack was really good, he took the time to discuss and help, give details. It was so good and intense that we felt like we spent a complete week instead of 3 days, it was higher than what we expected. Thanks Jack, we will see other trips for sure !
