  The two of us went on safari for four days. It was fantastic. Well arranged and nice guides! We got to see the big 5!

  This was my first ever safari and I’m so happy I decided to do it. If you sign up alone you’ll get to join a group. So in total we were 6 tourists, 1 cook & driver/guide. It’s a truly unique experience: camping without any barrier for wild animals, seeing the morning light in Ngorongoro. 4 days also turned out as a perfect amount of time to spend sitting in a car observing wild animas like elephants, giraffes, lions and cheetahs. Overall I’d definitely recommend booking this tour if you’d like to go on an adventurous safari.

  My experience with Tarry Adventures and Safaris in Moshi was simply unforgettable! I went on a safari with them and also took a trip to the Hot Springs – and both were perfectly organized. What I particularly liked was the consideration of nature. The safari was not a hectic “chasing after animals”, but a quiet, respectful tour where we could observe the animals in their natural habitat without disturbing them. Thanks to the experienced guides, we have nevertheless made many impressive wildlife observations – from elegant giraffes to imposing elephants to zebras and antelopes. The guides had an incredible knowledge of the animals and their behaviors, so I not only saw a lot, but also learned a lot. After the safari, visiting the Hot Springs was just the thing. The water was crystal clear and pleasantly warm, and the surroundings were just fantastic – a real little jungle in the middle of the landscape. It was the perfect place to relax and let the impressions of the safari resonate. The whole organization through Tarry Adventures and Safaris was outstanding, and the team was super friendly, helpful and professional. You can see that they are passionate about it and attach great importance to promoting sustainable tourism. I can only recommend them and would travel with them again at any time!

  A friend of my and our moms wanted to do a 4-days safari and Peter organised everything for us, including the transfer to Arusha! It was uncomplicated and we are very grateful for all the help! The Safari was just amazing, we saw so many animals and also enjoyed the food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) a lot!! Our guide Samwel was funny and always in a good mood! In Moshi we stayed at Dee‘s place (Mkoani Homestay) and we would love to come back sometime, because it felt like home. We even got a lovely birthday dinner with a cake! In Moshi Dee and Peter also organised trips to Materuni Waterfalls, Chemka Hot Springs and a Moshi City Tour for us. Our guide John was super nice, helpful and knew a lot about all the places.   Peter organized a 3-day safari for us, and we had a lovely time! We had a shared safari with 4 other nice people and still enough space in the safari car. We went to Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater and slept in tents. Everything was taken care of. The driverguide brought us to 4 of the big 5 and many other animals! And knew a lot about the animals and region. The food was good and the cook very lovely. Definite recommendation!!

  The service was really great, we had a great experience. The guides were very pleasant. The meals were excellent and they adapted to our diets (vegetarian).

  What a great experience. Peter organised the trip and helped with everything and made it all very easy. The safari was amazing! We got to see all the big 5 but other than that we just had a great time with our really good driver Godfrey who told many interesting things about the nationalparks and the wildlife.   The safari was competitively priced and great fun!! The safari picked us up from our hotel in Arusha. We met with the guide (Mike) who turns out is the best!! We had 4 other people in the group who were all really good fun. Due to Mikes efforts we saw all of the big 5 and so much more. He worked tirelessly to make sure we had a good time and was a fountain of information. He we very professional but fun. You could tell he has a passion for nature and helping others enjoy it as much as he does. The food was really good and the chefs were nice. The tents were comfortable and sturdy, making sure we had good nights sleep. With warm sleeping bags for the cold nights. Once the safari ended, they arranged transport to the airport for our flight to Zanzibar which was very helpful. I couldn’t recommend this enough and Mike is the best. It is rare to meet someone who enjoys their job as much as he does and it is infectious!!
