  Mr Anup was our driver and Guide through this trip. I have travelled many places in India. Found Mr Anup besudes being a driver and guide in fact conducted himself as a cultural ambassador to Kerla and of this tour company.

  My husband and I had the best time in Kerala with Iris Holidays! It was easy to customize and book the trip - I was impressed by their responsiveness. Our driver, Lalan, really made the experience 10/10. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, and a good driver. Plus he took us to amazing local food spots! He was very accommodating with requests like visiting a Toddy Shop and making stops with us to run a quick errand. I would 100% recommend Lalan and Iris Holidays to anyone traveling to Kerala.

  We had an incredible trip! Our guide/ driver Sinto was exceptional. He was a safe & experienced driver and went above and beyond our expectations with his planning and recommendations. He even helped us translate, and purchase sarees and jewelry for our friend’s wedding! Iris holidays team were accommodating and pre-booked the Periyar boating tour on our behalf when the website didn’t accept U.K. cards. The hotels were all good, and the view from The Munnar Queen was a highlight. Our only regret was not staying longer in beautiful Kerala!

  We recently completed our Kochi–Munnar–Alleppey trip with Iris Holidays, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The itinerary was well-planned, the coordination was seamless, and every detail was taken care of thoughtfully. A special thank you to the entire Iris Holidays team for their consistent support throughout the journey. From the warm welcome in Kochi, to the scenic ride through Munnar’s tea gardens, and finally the relaxing houseboat experience in Alleppey, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. Our driver and on-ground support team were incredibly helpful, punctual, and friendly, making sure we were comfortable at every step. The accommodations, sightseeing arrangements, and local recommendations added so much value to our trip.   We have had an amazing experience travelling around Kerala! Our driver, Sinto, was great! He was very reliable, helpful and knowledgable. He had great recommendations! Our journeys were comfortable and we got to see a wide array of attractions in a short time! Would definitely recommend a trip with Sinto!

• A wonderful tour of the highlights of Kerala

  We had a bespoke 5-night tour for two couples travelling together, arranged by Iris Holidays. This included pick-up from Kochi airport, stay and sightseeing in Fort Kochi/Mattanchery, 5-hour houseboat cruise with lunch and snacks/tea and a night's stay in Alappuzha, and a couple of days in Munnar. Arun from Iris Holidays was extremely helpful and worked with us until we had our itinerary finalised to our liking. He also kept in touch with us throughout the tour to ensure that we were happy with the arrangements, and having a good time. There was a bit of a problem with our first hotel, but Arun took swift action and moved us to a very good hotel for the second night - a mark of excellent customer service. All the other hotels were very good indeed. The houseboat experience was excellent, with a sumptuous and traditional lunch provided by Ajit. Our driver and guide throughout the trip (from pickup to final drop-off) was Shajeer. He provided us with excellent service with a smile, and made sure that we had a great experience throughout the tour. He was very flexible with the itinerary for each day, and knows the area extremely well. He has a good sense of humour and was great to chat to during the drives. Overall, we were delighted with the service provided by Shajeer, Arun, and Iris holidays, and thank them wholeheartedly for the memorable tour that we had (despite the rain in Munnar!). I will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

  The 4-day Best of Kerala was a perfect get away to visit the highlighted sites in Munnar and Kochi/Alleppey backwaters. Our private driver, Mr. Vipin, is an excellent, courteous and professional driver that knows Kerala, visited sites, shops and places to eat - he is definitely 5-stars!!!! Iris Holidays provides excellent 2-night accommodations at the Lake N Hills Resort in Munnar and a night stay on a Backwater boat cruise from Alleppey.   We had the best time on our tour of Kerala! Mr. Vipin was a wonderful guide and very accommodating to our time and requests. The car was very clean and we were very comfortable throughout the tour. We got to see some amazing sights throughout the green province. Munnar was unbelievably beautiful and the houseboat was so peaceful.   This was our first time in Kerala and this what a great time! Mr. Vipin was our driver, and he was very accommodating. Clean and comfortable car. A lot of fun things to do and see in Kerala, and we covered a lot! The length of the trip was perfect. The houseboat was very relaxing. The food the whole time was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back!
