Experience Taipei the way the locals do, by bike. We start the day with a traditional Taiwanese breakfast, and then pedal around historic streets, traditional markets, grand architecture, immaculate temples, and more! Listen to fun facts from your guide about the culture and history of the city as you go. This tour is a great way to orient yourself on your first day in the city or see the sights if you only have a short time to visit.
We meet up at the Taipei Bike Works bike shop to start the tour. Please copy and paste the address below to find the shop.
The tour guide reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour in case of extreme weather condition warnings and if there are less than 3 people total joining the tour.

A great way to learn a lot about Taipei

5.00This bike tour was a wonderful way to explore the city, see many of the famous sites in Taipei, and learn about its history and culture. Our guide, Mike, was awesome and very friendly, and we learned a lot about the history of Taiwan, its people, the special sites/neighborhoods, and the different architecture scattered around. The bikes were comfortable and easy to peddle, and we always felt comfortable riding around the city. Also, Mike gave us a lot of great food suggestions at the end, and we have already used some of them. Definitely recommended, as long as you know how to ride a bike!

5.00Great biking pace and the city is quite flat so very accessible bike ride. Highly recommend for people of different ages and fitness levels. Priscilla's, our guide, was also a great tour guide!

5.00Best half day option to do in Taipei. Mike is an awesome guy and really knows his history. I learned a lot and had fun. Can’t recommend this tour enough. If you are in Taipei do this tour. Trust me

5.00Mike was such an awesome guide. He’s super nice, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and matches the energy of the group. The bikes are SUPER comfy - SUCH a great way to see so much of the city so quickly. 11/10 would recommend.
