Oneroa Beach
We pick you up from Ferry at Matiatia or your custom pick-up location on Waiheke island. We then make our way up to Oneroa where guests can spend 20 minutes to explore the charming streets of the largest settlement of Waiheke Island. There you can indulge in boutique shopping, admire local heritage, and soak in breathtaking coastal views all in one incredible tourist destination. We then get a coffee before we head down to Oneroa beach (long Beach) with its stunning views of the bay!
Mudbrick Vineyard
We then make our way up to your first wine tasting at Mudbrick You will have 40 minutes to do a tasting & take in the ambience of this superb vineyard A wine tasting experience at Mudbrick Vineyard on Waiheke Island is an immersive sensory journey, where you can sample a range of award-winning wines while surrounded by stunning vineyards and panoramic views of the Hauraki Gulf. Our tour guide Adriani was awesome, she was very attentive and provided a wealth of information about the wineries and the island. She also provided us with great choices of restaurants to choose from after the tour. I would highly recommend Kiwi Connect for island tours.

5.00First, Waiheke is stunning. Don’t miss it on your visit to Auckland. And if you go, you’ll want to taste some wine. This tour is a great way to do it. No huge bus lumbering around the winding roads. Just a few fellow travelers and Suzanne, your lovely guide. She’ll tell you all about the island’s history, both wine and non-wine. By the end, you’ll be giving her a hug. We enjoyed numerous tastings and a super lunch (not included) overlooking the water.

5.00This was an amazing tour and perfect way for us to explore Waiheke Island and visit wineries. Susan is a local and very knowledgeable on anything wine related. She showed us around her favorite local spots and even shared some cool insights. The small tour group size was perfect and we couldn’t had hoped for a better group to share the experience with. 5.00Not only was our guide, Susan, a friendly, welcoming person, she was also very knowledgeable about wines, area wineries and the island in general. Communication was clear and she was prompt. We really enjoyed the three wineries we visited, all a bit different. And as an added treat she showed us a few of her favorite sites, a glimpse into life on the very beautiful island. The small size of our group allowed for personal attention and it made our day very special.
