We didnt even end up on the right boat. My ticket told me boat 6 so that's the one we boarded and it never took us there

This experience was great. It wasn't enough clarification on hot to get the location. We did have the address, but not being fimiliar with New York and train routes we got lost a few times. I did speak with someone he was helpful to a certain extinst he tried to charge me upcharge for being late after I told him we where going to be late and that we were lost and got off at the wrong stop twice. The overall experience was worth it. The view was great. They had music, food, a dance floor if you into that and enough space top and bottom. Drinks are also available as well. Its behind a the big building. dock 4 that should be noted somewhere. Affordable as well. Good crew, Boss lady was a good experience for us. Not perfect, but doable. Hope this helps.

It was a waste of time, money and energy as no staff or anyone showed up at the cruise's meeting point. I'm requesting a refund, but I haven't received one yet.

DO NOT book with this company. My kid and I was waiting at the dock when I received a call stating the boat was down for maintenance and that I would get a refund. I have not received my refund and it states on Viator that my refund was rejected for a boat ride that I did not get to experience. And the number listed will not answer calls.

Excellent experience on a medium sized, well organized boat. We were able to approach the Statue of Liberty and take many photos and films.

First all of it was located in a place that was shady. Overpriced snacks a soda, pack of cookies and a small bag of chips came to $28!! And the narrator was calling places that we had already passed by. I would not take this tour. There is another tour that costs the same and you get 2-4 hours and you exactly go to Statue of Liberty and Ellis island. Then I had to pay additional money because thr cruise was in the afternoon.The employees were very nice, it is definitely not worth the price!

Our host Molly was very knowledgeable, pleasant and fun. The crew has a few not so friendly members, but overall, I highly recommend this tour.

Be aware! The company called me morning of my tour and said they had to change piers and cancel my time due to weather. (No one’s fault with weather) I texted back and told them ok, then realized the new time would work so I had to rebook and would like a refund. They told me no refunds. I told them THEY canceled my tour and changed pier locations NOT ME?? They refused a refund. I eventually went to the other pier and we did a tour, but they didn’t tell me it was 90 minutes. We booked the 60 minutes, we had small kids with us so yes that’s a big deal and should have been communicated. The tour itself was nice and they have detailed information. The bathroom on starship was nasty and 1 out of 2 toilets were not working and was closed off. Not worth the money just go to Lady Liberty if that’s the end goal!

I booked a tour with my son. When we arrived to the boarding location, we were informed the location had changed. They wanted us to drive to the new departing location, but we could not get there on time. Customer service rep said he’d provide a refund for the inconvenience, and I have not received it yet.

I booked a tour with my son. When we arrived to the boarding location, we were informed the location had changed.
