  Be aware! The company called me morning of my tour and said they had to change piers and cancel my time due to weather. (No one’s fault with weather) I texted back and told them ok, then realized the new time would work so I had to rebook and would like a refund. They told me no refunds. I told them THEY canceled my tour and changed pier locations NOT ME?? They refused a refund. I eventually went to the other pier and we did a tour, but they didn’t tell me it was 90 minutes. We booked the 60 minutes, we had small kids with us so yes that’s a big deal and should have been communicated. The tour itself was nice and they have detailed information. The bathroom on starship was nasty and 1 out of 2 toilets were not working and was closed off. Not worth the money just go to Lady Liberty if that’s the end goal!

  I booked a tour with my son. When we arrived to the boarding location, we were informed the location had changed. They wanted us to drive to the new departing location, but we could not get there on time. Customer service rep said he’d provide a refund for the inconvenience, and I have not received it yet.

  Beware when you buy the general admisión you have to stay in the lower deck with almost no chairs. The woman bathroom need attention none of the locks work.

  The boat didn't even show up for our pick up. Booked for a 10am boat trip and went to the location we were told to with plenty of time. Other people were waiting also and not a single boat showed up and no staff anywhere to help. I tried to phone the number provided and got no answer. A refund was requested after waiting almost an hour.

  There was nobody at the spot. We arrived to the spot and the ferry capatin told us our ferry wasn't at the Spot yet. Then another capitan told us that the first capitán lied to us and that was our ferry.

  We arrived at the spot 1h before the time given so we don’t miss the boarding. When we clicked on the directions given it said that we were on the right spot, we waited for so long in the cold and no ship came , we asked around they directed us to another ship we walked back and forth trying to find the right one until we decided to leave because it was too cold. I called for a refund because the address they put is not the right one , now they don’t want to refund me. That’s not fair to people that follow the directions given, they should update it because it’s not the first time that is happening.
