Without any communication the operator of this bus tour did not have the driver show up on time. We got there early, only to find out another driver would take us 30 minutes later. With pay parking this only led to more expense, after a frustrating wait without notice.

Ok if you only have a short time to get a city overview. No stops to get out and look at any of the sites. It was often hard to hear what the guide was saying. I would have liked more general history and less about the Halloween decorations.

We had Valerie I thought she was hard to understand. Was more interested in pointing out the Halloween decorations then telling us stories about the history of Charlestown. This was the most expensive van tour so I thought it would be the best had good ratings. Next time I will try one of the cheaper companies!
