We loved the easy access, fast flowing que and no hassel. We enjoyed the afternoon tea. We had additional cocktails and the staff were polite. The views and info we got to hear were great, however a clearer microphone would have made a difference. We were excited to be sat at the front but the windows were dirty it obstructed our view and photos. Besides that it was a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend.

Lovely cruise on the Thames. Food was good, maybe not super authentic tea but tasty, lots of variety and large amount of food. Lovely staff and great service. Enjoyed the leisurely cruise and viewing London from a different perspective. Highly recommend to tourists, it was relaxing and perfect afternoon treat after a long day of sightseeing.
