5.00Alain has picked me up from Cape Town airport at the start of my annual holidays there and dropped me off at the end of them. He is always there ready to meet me with a smile even though the planes are early or late arriving and in reverse despite the sometimes difficult traffic always picks me up from my hotel on time. He is always very helpful loading my cases etc for me and very polite and friendly. He updates me during the journey to my hotel with relevant news on places to visit and events happening whilst I am there which is really helpfu.
