I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent journey through India, visiting Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Varanasi, and Rishikesh. It was truly a remarkable trip, and much of its success was due to the outstanding professionals who accompanied us along the way. I would especially like to thank our driver, Arun, who was with us for most of the journey.

Guide provided during the visit was rude in behavior & did not provided the information in the apt way. He was running ahead of the group & made no significant contribution in providing the knowledge about the temple. As a group, we had to pay temple visit charges. Also, services provided were too expensive & don't see any value add for the same. Request Viator for refund. Booking ref.: BR-1133978767

Extremely unsatisfactory experience with the guide yesterday. Not sure what we were charged so heavily for when he did absolutely nothing. In fact his communications were quite indecent. He was heavily under the influence of alcohol and asking personal invasive questions to me. Questions like - what is my background, if I am Brahmin what is my gotra. Can we get his son placed at our organisation. He had no clue about where to get photographs done at the temple and my team was running back and forth instead of him. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR. These are not unforeseen issues this is extremely unruly unprofessional behaviour. I am not keen to book any service with you going forward. For an 80 rupees ticket of the fountain show , your services cost us approx 3000 rupees per head only for this harassment. You should issue me a refund instead. I want to file a complaint for misbehaviour.

The temple is a more modern addition to the city, but it’s absolutely stunning! Definitely visit in the evening, the setting is incredible and the water show is beautifully done. Rocky was a fantastic guide. I appreciated how open and sharing he was of his faith and insights into the importance of the temple, the iconography and practices. I recommend visiting with a guide or someone who has been before, navigating cloakroom queues (you can take very little inside), boot room bags and the crowds would have been a lot more stressful alone.

Before I went there, i did not have any expectation about the temple. But after my 6 hours visit over there, i want to describe it as the MUST VISIT PLACE in Delhi. THE TEMPLE IS CLOSED ON MONDAY. It is good to enter the temple at 2.00 PM. So that you can enjoy it with evening musical fountain show. It is very near from AKSHARDHAM METROSTATION. You can see the view of the temple from backside of metro station and you can reach there easily by walk from the metrostation. Mobile phones and other electronic items are not allowed inside temple. TEMPLE MANAGEMENT WILL GET YOUR MOBILE PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC ITEMS AND KEEP THEM IN THEIR CUSTODY UNTIL YOUR RETURN FROM TEMPLE. So if you want to have the snap of temple, do it from outside as much as you want. Inside temple, The temple management itself has photo session for visitors for which Rs.50 was charged for each photo (march 2019) and the copies were given immediately. Inside temple, they sell the book about the temple which was Rs.10 when i went there. It is good to read it. You can use the canteen if you are hungry. But you should use it before entering into main entrance of temple. The temple structure reminds me the palace shown in Bahubali movie. The culuture of hindu religion is very well explained there. You don't have to read them like you did in your school days. They were well explained using big movable toy statues with voice. Even little kids love it very much. Hindi and english are the languages used to explain. Seperate queue and place for hindi and non hindi people. There is an amazing artificial boat ride which explains the history, culture and inventions in hindu religion. That ride was wonderful. The best part of the temple is the musical fountain show in evening. Hindi langugae is only used in that show. Though i could not understand the language, i Ccould understand the concept and enjoyed the visuals. Those visuals were amazing. When i came out of temple, i felt like i was in different world for the past 6 hours. So, DON'T MISS AKSHARDHAM.
