Not much quality info shared inside Alcazar. It was being assumed that the entire story is already known and only some fun facts need to be added.

Our group enjoyed our tours with Clara, who sarcastic humor, made the tour even more enjoyable for us. She took us all around the Alcazar providing great informational tips and stunning views. She proved to us that the Cathedral next door was the largest one in the world. Then we finished up the tour taking the challenge to go up the Giralda tower (35 floors). It was just the right amount of time for us freeing us up the rest of the day, but getting to enjoy some of the most stunning views in Seville.

Our guide, Clara, was knowledgeable, made the tour personal by asking where we were all from and then calling us by that name, and had a great sense of humor.
Static feedback. There must be better ways of communicating on group tours in this day and age.

Terrible radio mic feedback with static throughout our first tour of alcazar. We didn’t hear anything of what the guide told us. The second tour of the cathedral was much better. Despite complaints at the meeting point there was no offer of any compensation.

This tour was absolutely the correct length and our guide Clara was excellent. Her humor was appropriate and made the experience less dry than it might have been.

Our experience was impacted by The United Nations and King being in town. This meant some areas of the palace were closed off for viewing and the normal exit point could not be used. This made it confusing to meet up for the second part of the tour- this was outside the tour company’s control. What would have been better is if the guide of the Real Alcázar had taken us to the exit point. She simply pointed to it and it left many ( including us ) being lost in the maze of the palace gardens. Both tours were amazing but felt a little rushed- there was so much more to see in each place.
