It’s difficult to access because the voucher pick up is very far from the activity. I’m not sure why the entry voucher isn’t available on your phone. We never got the tour because we didn’t have time to get the voucher. Disappointed
Abysmal. Terrible service, terrible experience. Do not recommend.

Tickets were not send on time, then did not work at the entrance. No refund no nothing and we re told by the tour operator to figure it out ourselfs at the alhambra info desk at the otherwise of the entrance. Wait in line, to then be told to figure it out with the tour operator that then ignored us. Ridiculously bad experience not worth it. Btw if you want a similar audio tour to this just download any YouTube video or the official one from the website. Anyways do not book this. Absolutely abysmal.

The audio tour was easy to follow and had a great amount of detail without being over complicated. Audio tour was accessible prior to accessing the Alhambra.

The entry was denied as they wanted individual ticket with names. Viator claims the operator shared the tickets with me although I have not received anything.
