Golden Temple
Walk inside the most sacred Sikh pilgrimage where thousands of people come to see this holiest shrine and found themselves spiritual in the positive energy of this temple Clockwise: This tour will be started from the South gate which is the most potential among four gates then slowly walk to the eastern gate, north and west gate then again we will walk outside from the South. Starting the tour sequentially will allow understanding the better history from different period of time. 5.00We had an amazing 2 days in Amritsar! Narinder and Deepak were incredible, hospitable and knowledgeable tour guides and made sure our visit was truly special! They went out of their way to accommodate us, given that we were a multi-generational group - they arranged for us to visit the golden temple at different times to view the temple complex under different light conditions etc. They told us about the rich history of Amritsar and the temple in a way that was interesting and informative! We also had a fantastic time at the Wagah border, and the ceremony there was both entertaining and unique. And the visit to the Jalianwala Bagh complex and the Partition Museum was a walk through time to some of the darkest chapters in the history of Indian independence. They went over and above what had been promised on the tour - when we wanted to sample local sweets and foods, they took us to a place that was known for this, and when we wanted to add an early morning 4 am viewing of the temple and Guru Granth Sahib ceremony to the itinerary, they organized this for us as well! And our driver Kulvinder, who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, and who was with us throughout, was courteous, and prompt! Visiting Amritsar is a must do bucket list item, and I would highly recommend Narinder and his team if you want to visit this beautiful city!

His deep knowledge of history, Sikh culture, and the spiritual significance of the place made the visit truly meaningful. He was patient, clear in his explanations, and very respectful of the sacred environment. He also helped us understand the importance of each ritual and accompanied us warmly throughout. An exceptional job that completely elevated our visit to Amritsar!

5.00It is a great tour to cover the most important sites in Amritsar in a day. Narinder was our guide. He made the trip very informative and enjoyable. If you would like to visit inside of the temple, you would need to do it separately on your own.
