You will go through Heritage street which is a walking area nicely made and a well-maintained path to the golden temple, you will see lots of shops on both side which are selling fabric, jutties, musical instruments, etc
Jallianwala Bagh
It is a memorial in memory of those Innocent Indians who was killed by British General Dyer, around 400 people were shot dead, later visit Partition Museum, which is first of its kind museum in the world which is based on the tragedy of the partition of Punjab in 1947, by visiting this museum you peep in to the history and can feel the pain of the people who suffered during the partition
Wagah Border
Proceed to Wahga Border to witness the retreat ceremony, which takes place every day in the evening
Village Tour

We will drive out of the city for one and a half hours, towards a small village. On the way, you’ll see vast fields, orchards, tractors and trucks, rural markets selling farm implements, etc. Your guide will familiarize you with the basics of the economy, society, and culture of rural Punjab.

A Good Alternative for Your Indian Touring

4.00A low-key alternative to most days in a large Indian city. Communication with the tour operator (Triptivo) was haphazard, and I finally had to reach out to them, then received an email with the wrong pick-up time. However, Taxi driver picked me up at 9:30, drove about 30 km. to a lovely farm and farmstay N. of Amritsar. There the host (Jeet?) welcomed me, offered some chai, we toured his farm (and sampled some of his produce), walked the nearby village, probably typical of many in that region; I plowed part of his field on his small tractor; and had an abundant lunch -- perhaps the best Indian food of my entire 19 days in India, prepared by host's wife. Driven back to town by same driver. Altogether, an excellent alternative to another day in the big city.

5.00The experience with Discover Punjab was amazing!! I really enjoyed with time i spent in village, they made you feel like home. Mr. Singh is really knowledgable, he helps you with everything. I really recommend you doing the Golden Temple tour with him since he explains everything you need to know about this famous sikh temple & religion. You really get a good inside of the life of the locals in a very fun and exciting way.
