1.0Hello, the guide never showed in the point assigned for the pick-up. I receive later a message that the guide was waiting me in another place. I never receive an update for the point of pickup. I was waiting for 45 minutes. I tired of waiting and I returning to my hotel.

1.0This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The tour was scheduled to pick us up at 9:30 AM, but they cancelled it at the very last minute—exactly at 9:30 AM. They never answered our calls or provided any explanation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
