  Overall experience was great. Matt was an excellent tour guide. He was a great commentator and very informative. He gives occassional jokes as well. Food from Tarra was quite perfect as well. The presentation taste and texture hit the spot. Loved the ferry ride from sorrento and the chocolate testing for gourmet chocolates at mornington chocolate factory.

  Although a very hot Melbourne day we had a delightful trip sightseeing and visiting many great locations. Our driver Maigread was very knowledgeable and interesting. She certainly made our day so much more enjoyable with her input.

  Gary, our driver and guide, was excellent. Took us to key highlights on Mornington Peninsula and gave detailed information. We also went on the round ferry trip from Sorrento and visited the craft beer venue T St Andrews Beach. Highly recommend Gary and this tour.

  Our trip was wonderful. Maigread our guide took us to the Mornington Peninsula sightseeing and bay cruise. I couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide, Maigread was very informative, helpful and truly a beautiful person. She gave us a wonderful trip and We had a great time. The cruise on the ferry was Fantastic with a beautiful lunch on board. I will definitely be using Explore Australia again. Highly recommended.

  This tour was a relaxed fun filled day thanks to Brooke and Shane. Wonderful sights of Geelong, the bay and Mornington Peninsular with plenty of informative commentary.

  This is among the best tours I have taken - anywhere. In one longish day it included numerous highlights and a wealth of good experiences. The two guides - Matt for the first half and Peter (Safari) for the second - were welcoming, funny, knowledgeable and flexible. You couldn't ask for better. It helped that we had a sunny day - not guaranteed in Melbourne - so we travelled down the west coast of the bay in brilliant sunshine to Geelong. Here - as in a number of other stops - we were given time to ramble and explore a little - and our small group split up and did so. Our ferry cruise was splendid and we got a substantial, healthy and tasty lunch - plus coffee afterwards. Some of the places we were shown are not much known by locals e.g. the millionaire's walk. The brewery gave us decent samples of 4 beers - and the evening sunshine helped. We delayed our guide - watching kangaroos in the wild - so that we only saw the bathing boxes after sunset but that was our fault. There were no extra charges and, by Australian standards, the tour was fantastic value for money. I would recommend it highly to anyone visiting Melbourne for the first time.

  I only booked online 2 days before the tour, not a problem, booking confirmation came back almost immediately. Convenient city centre pick up, and with the tours only being small groups, the driver (Matt) knew everybody's name, which is a nice touch. There were four on my tour, 1 couple and then two of us solo travellers. Plenty of local knowledge and anecdotes shared along the way. Nice stops at Geelong and along the beaches. Ferry ride is beautiful, and good luck with eating all your lunch...there's more than enough...good job it comes in a box so you can take the extra away with you. The beer tasting is great, and if you still feel hungry there is time to buy freshly made pizza and other meals. I really can't recommend this tour and company enough, it's great value for money, with fantastic staff. If you're travelling solo, book a tour with these guys, they'll make you feel so welcome and you'll have a great day.

  The tour was cleverly thought out and I got an excellent view of the bay. Both tour guides were excellent and very organized. I highly recommend the trip.
