  Boats and area are awesome! Eric our guide was the issue. He was rude to guests on more than one issue. He told us to ride in a line. Middle boat did large zig zag the whole trip and impacted boats behind. Eric never looked back and at end one couple said something ie made trip difficult and Eric ignored him. We felt same as other couple ie a lot of wake and it was already windy day

  Communication was great leading up to the day of the booking. However, we got there 30 minutes before our scheduled time like instructed. We checked in with the Marina staff and they instructed us to wait down on the dock and someone will be there to help us. After waiting for over 50 minutes and multiple unanswered calls to Backwater Adventures. It grew clear that Backwater was going to be a no show. After attempting to call again multiple times we were finally able to get ahold of someone and after sometime they were able to confirm that the person scheduled to take us out, was not showing up. Very disappointing experience as we had been looking forward to this adventure our entire trip. Will not be rebooking with Backwater Adventures in the future.

  We were given a VERY brief explanation on how to drive the Craig Cats by Tyler our guide, and then we were off. We went last in the group and our CC had issues and couldn’t go fast and kept stalling so we were left behind. Tyler never checked on us. We saw a few dolphins (so amazing) but wish Tyler would’ve taken pics for us since our phones were in the dry box. We didn’t learn anything about 10,000 Islands (which is beautiful) but maybe headsets would be a great addition because by the time we caught up to the group they were taking off again.

  Fun and relaxing guide was great and had a great time it was the 3 hr tour thank you we even saw dolphins and all the damage in the mangroves that was sad. Found a whole bunch of pretty shells on the island we were taken to.

  It was a great trip. Tyler was a fantastic guide!! These are so fun to drive and the whole family had fun. Saw dolphins and all kinds of other wildlife. I would highly recommend and will definitely come back.
