• Trip of a lifetime! Bali with intro travel is a must

  Just finished the 12 day Bali experience tour with our tour leader Andri and he was amazing🥰 so chill and patient and couldn’t do more to help us. Went above and beyond for everyone, going out of his way to help us with things like SIM cards, taking us to pharmacies, and helping us plan our next tours and travel plans etc etc. Wouldn’t have been the same without him he really made our trip unforgettable!! The trip itself, couldn’t think of one fault, it was all so well planned and thought out. Plenty of free time after travelling to reset and every activity (and most meals) is included, it was so nice not having to think about paying and organising whilst you’re on the trip. All of the accommodations used by intro were stunning and the staff at the hotels also couldn’t do more to help you. Only regret is not doing the 15 day tour, met so many amazing people and had the holiday of a lifetime🌊

  This tour was perfectly planned and carried out from start to finish! And our group leader Klaudia was just great! I would recommend it to everyone and would do it again myself.

  First time I have travelled with intro travel, but definitely not the last. I went as a solo traveller, which was the first time I’d travelled alone, so was a little nervous but was immediately put at ease. The company has designed a tour which feels so well put together, you really get a full rounded travelling experience, and feel lucky to have seen Bali in a way I don’t think I could have if I did the trip alone! Everything was so well planned; the order of events, the logistics, the fantastic local guides we were introduced to etc. Our group was lovely, a real mix of people from different countries. Most importantly our tour leader, Klaudia, was brilliant. I don’t think we could have asked for a better leader. She kept spirits high and really looked after us - I got the impression that if anything unexpected happened she would have been already one step ahead and would have a solution. I can’t sing her praises enough! Can’t wait to travel with Intro Travel again, it’s been an amazing experience and will be recommending to everyone.

  I did the 12 days tour and had a great time. Highlights were definitely the surfing, dolphins and swimming with turtles. Hendri the guide was a massive help and always kept the group feeling safe and comfortable.

  I’ve just finished the 12 day Bali Experience trip and it was everything I could have imagined and more. It really was the trip of a lifetime! I have made so many amazing memories and have now got friends for life. Hendri, our group leader, was absolutely fantastic. He was so positive, full of energy and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was okay. This included making several trips to the doctors, ensuring everyone’s dietary requirements were met and organising extra activities for us to do in our free time. He kept us entertained with his terrible jokes and his surprisingly good ability to sing, dance and play the guitar. Note- Taylor Swift - Back to December has got to be one of my favourite performances 😂 We were so lucky to have someone so kind, funny and warm hearted, who also knew loads about the Balinese culture itself. I honestly don’t think the trip would have been the same without him! I’m so happy that I got to experience the beautiful country that is Bali and learn so much about their fascinating way of life. I definitely wouldn’t have been able to cram so many activities into one trip if I’d have decided to visit on my own, like I was originally planning to. Everything was super organised and I felt completely stress free from the second I stepped off the plane. All of the activities we did were excellent and it is hard to think of a single favourite but swimming with turtles was definitely a bucket list moment and I absolutely loved our time spent on Gili T! I cannot recommend this trip highly enough. I have already booked onto the Thai Experience trip with Intro Travel and I cannot wait to do more in the future 😊

  Bali 12 day Experience was absolutely unreal. Meeting so many amazing people from different walks of life and jam packed with incredible experiences. From Dolphins, snorkelling to rice paddies and cultural cooking classes. Our tour guide Candice really made the experience so much more personal and wild. Highly recommend and hope you get Candice as a tour leader

  Bali Experience was nothing short of amazing! From the activities to the accomodation, could not have asked for a better trip. A big shoutout to our tour leader Candice who made the trip stress free and fun! Came home with new friends and memories that I will never forget. 10/10 would recommend

  

• THE TRIP OF A LIFETIME!!!

  This was by far the best trip I have ever been on. The combination of amazing places we visited, the unique activities we did, great people and an absolute legend of a tour guide (Craig, or Craigo as we called him) made this trip unforgettable. I tell people about it all the time. We came all the way from Canada and it was 100% worth it. I had some hidden intentions on the trip that my partner (now Fiancé) didn't know about. I was proposing!! I let Craig know in secret right away and he was absolutely ecstatic and supportive. She had her suspicions that I was going to do it, but didn't know for sure (I told her I wasn't going to). I told Craig where she thought I would do it if I did (which she thought it was going to be on the top of a beautiful Volcano after hiking up it at 4 am and then seeing the sunset) but I didn't want to do it where she may have been expecting it. Craig spitballed a ton of ideas, and we picked an amazing spot and he coordinated with the entire group to make it a surprise. We had an amazing dinner after at sunset and he bought us a bottle of champagne. I still have the cork with an Indonesian coin in it. The trip was beautiful, I could have proposed in 100 different picture-perfect places. So many favourite activities on the trip, but one I really loved and cherished was the homestay, we toured the property where we got to try a ton of exotic food, had an amazing homecooked meal, did basket weaving, had a coffee face scrub. So welcoming and genuine. We are planning to do a ton more Intro Travel trips. If you have the opportunity to go on this trip, stop hesitating and do it! We are so glad we did.
