I’m not even done with this tour and I already don’t want to finish it the tour guide Alberto is nice enough nothing against him but we were picked up and taken to the spots my partner had to go to the bathroom And was gonna walk in to a cafe quickly And he said it was not the appropriate place that in 3 mins there would be a bathroom Stop that happened much later then he proceeded to take us to a terrible restaurant that is the equivalent to a Spain fast food chain and the food was terrible and there was a bug on the floor with the magnitude of these tours you would think they would take you to a restaurant that was not this way when your enjoying a holiday . Simply tertinke

Nilu was a great tour guide!! Very welcoming, great jokes, very knowledgeable, worried about our group and always made sure we were safe. The tour was a great 8 hr snippet into barcelona for us as we only had 2 days and I did not feel like planning all these places to go back and forth. We had appropriate time for each place and anything we wanted to see more of we came the next day. We saw old town, Nilu explained all the buildings and history, she booked our group a table for lunch right next to Sagrada Familia (we pay ourselves), and got us our audio guide for it. Afterwards we went to park guell which in comparison was not as gorgeous as sagrada but still beautiful to see nonetheless. I had a great time on the tour and i would have loved to book another. It was great getting local knowledge on recommendations from someone who is not trying to rip you off and tells you what places to avoid at night due to crime.

Our family had an amazing day traveling to so many major sites in Barcelona. Our tour guide, Stephanie, gave a really interesting history lesson of the Gothic Quarter while pointing out major points of interest on our walking tour. She continued her narrative on the bus in between stops to Gaudi’s Sagrada Família and Park Guell. Her energy was amazing and contagious and she really made you want to learn more. Not only was she a wealth of information about the parts of the tour we saw but she could also give great recommendations on area restaurants and other places to see. The pickup and drop off right at our door was a bonus. Gloria, our bus driver, did an awesome job navigating through busy streets, making sure we arrived safely and on time to each location. I highly recommend this tour and both of these wonderful women!

We paid over $900 US for a private tour for 3. We expected more than a chauffeur. We expected more informational commentary about history and architecture and we expected that we would be accompanied into the sites. Vincent was friendly, but an aggressive driver, once even blowing the horn at an elderly woman on a motorcycle who later abruptly knocked on my passenger side window at a stop light, which was a bit alarming. For lunch before Sagrada, we were delivered to a nearby cafe overpriced with food very poor quality. We were not given any other choices. We expected better. When booking the tour, we were totally unaware that we were not going to have in-depth information or guiding for the Sagrada or PG, other than the optional headphone guiding; that is not Vincent's fault. It was simply unclear in the booking advertisement. Perhaps this is standard for this area, but it's certainly not standard for private tourism in other countries. We only saw a quarter of what we should have seen at Parc Guell. I realize now perhaps I should have done more homework, but I was expecting that we would be guided inside instead of just dropped off, told to take a picture of the road name, told that it was huge and that we had 30 minutes to explore it. When we complained about the rush, we were granted an additional 10 minutes time. Before arrival,we were given a brief description of symbols and meanings of structures in the park. What we did not know was how to find them or that it would not be obvious. I downloaded the map at the kiosk, my phone reception was so poor that I could not get the key to translate where I was or what I was looking for. We opted to go up instead of down and then we were out of time to look for anything. At the end, we requested to be dropped at Ramblas Catalonia instead of the much longer drive to our hotel. He said he was going near there anyway, and dropped us two streets over with vague directions. We walked six blocks to where we asked to be. We do not feel it was worth $1,000 after tips. We had guides for other day trips that provided us with online apps with points of interest highlighted. It really made a much more successful and less stressful tour.
