They canceled our tour at the last minute even after re confirming twice previous day. Our whole day was spoiled. This was the worst experience we ever had from Tripadvisor tour.

Rahel was our guide. She really ko did a nice job of showing us the main sights and making it very enjoyable. We were able to learn so much of the history of Basel and see how it still influences the city today. Very glad we did the city tour and so happy Rahel was our guide.
