This was the last experience in Beijing before leaving and it was the best way to end our adventure. This place is absolutely gorgeous. We had a private tour with Jay who made the experience so much better with his attention to us and to the details of this amazing place. The beauty of the nature as well as the history makes this a fabulous place to visit

Very bad experience as the QR code provided did not work and we had to wait for more than 30 mins in the queue to validate why the code was kept working and get a new ticket.
Got admission ticket to summer palace successfully.

Was able to get the reserved admission ticket through an e-mail after booking through here. I received a QR code with my name and passport number. I booked for the entry ticket on 6th March, received the QR code sdmission ticket on 7th March for entry on 9th March. I was able to get into the summer palace with no issues whatsoever. Great service based on the above description.

Traveling alone and my guide Chen made me feel very comfortable. He not only drove me to the Summer Palace, helped me get in, but then on the way back to the hotel showed me a wonderful snack place. Would recommend Chen to anyone wanting a quick visit to the Summer Palace.

In a very large land, a full day is needed to discover all. The whole place is relaxing, long walks in a wonderful park. During spring may be a better program.
