Such an amazing experience from start to finish! Carolina and the drivers were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to others!
One of those bucket list things you must do. Amazing views. you are climbing a mountain with views of alpine valleys.

I rated it 5 but only 4 circles appear. It was a last minute plan that I am very glad we did. Do take some food. It was 2 hours from Lecco where we stayed. Then at least 2 more hours to St. Moritz. The food in St Moritz is ok and super expensive could not wait to get back to Italy to eat.

First off let me say, the day spent in Lake Como, The Red Bernina train ride through the Italian and Swiss Alps and St Moritz was absolutely spectacular and deserves 5 stars. However with that being said, The first part of the coach ride was the confusion amongst the travelers because they’re were not enough seats and couples traveling together had to sit in separate seats. (That also happened on the Bernina Express were couple had to sit without they’re partners, I was one of them). The air conditioned luxury coach ride to lake Cuomo and Triani was anything but air conditioned, multiple times passengers had to keep asking the driver and tour guide to turn on the air conditioning because it was hot and stuffy and last but not least, The Tour guide Makela was horrific, she did not speak English very well (I don’t fault her for that) and I had to ask her multiple times to repeat herself and then she would get loud and obnoxious and that included the Bernina Express when I was unhappy that I had to sit without my wife. I would not use Viator for this excursion, but there are plenty of other tour guides to use if going to Lake Cuomo and Red Bernina express. It’s worth the trip to both places.
Guide was not friendly at all and speaks only very very poor English.

The tour was very nice BUT the guide was very unfriendly and very flustered, always angry with participates. A lots of participants complained her guide and unacceptable poor English. Her explanations were very often not clear, because of poor English and not clear explanations, and when we asked her to get more information to be sure and to be clear, she was so angry and complained with us. She ruined our tour. We took this tour on 27 September 2025 and we hope we can meet another guide at the next occasion.

Fantastic trip. Guide Carolina was very helpful ans we even got snow. Fantastic scenery and nickola our driver was amazing getting us home

We really enjoyed the train ride the scenery was spectacular. We were slightly disappointed that we couldn't tour Lake Como, and felt a bit rushed in St Moritz. It's a very long day we left at 7:30 am returning due to traffic at 8:30 pm. You have to purchase your own food and the recommended restaurant was very nice.

Great picturesque views. St Moritz is lovely. 10 hours on a bus and train pure torture Zero stops on return trip

Bus ride was long but fairly comfortable, the boat tour was fun but the train ride was amazing! The scenery was the most exquisite I've ever had the joy of seeing. Lina was a great tour guide and our bus drivers were great, they got us through some very sketchy spots where the roads are narrow and the turns were very sharp! Twisty roads were super cool and how they are able to get the buses through is surprising.
