Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary

This unique and sacred place is a must see place in Ubud. There are many wild life inside the thick forest. Walk along the path under the shade and see many birds, lizards, butterflies and monkeys among the trees. It is a perfect set for the real wild life. There are 3 sacred temples to balance this area. Local people usually come to pray on a special ceremony day.

We did the Best of Ubud Full-Day Tour with Jungle Swing with Kantun and it was a great tour! He is really friendly and knowledgeable, he shared many interesting facts with us. It was a comfortable and safe tour. A very enjoyable and well organised trip. Highly recommended!

Hendra was such a friendly driver. He arrived on time, was happy to chat on the drive, told us a lot about Balinese culture, and took us to some really beautiful places. He also recommended a great coffee plantation and also a restaurant for lunch. Highly recommend him as a driver!

One of my favourite days. I loved the coffee plantation and tasting the coffee and teas. Certainly a highlight was the swing and Rice Terraces. Merta, apart from helping with the swing, is a great photographer and my kids got plenty of Instagram photos does to his excellent photos.

Wow what a day! This is truly an amazing of all the highlights of Ubud, I can’t believe how much we got to see and do. Our tour guide Lewer was incredible, so helpful informative lovely and fun to spend the day with, couldn’t recommend him enough. Every place we went to was brilliant, as it was rainy season it was not too busy and everywhere had a very nice safe and fun atmosphere, particularly loved the coffee plantation, the monkeys, the swing and the temple where we were able to do a spiritual cleansing and Lewer told us all about the temple and Hinduism. We went as a couple but this tour would be great for anyone to get the feel of Ubud. Can’t thank Lewer enough, wish we could do it all over again!

We had an incredible day exploring Bali with Kantun. He is professional, kind, and speaks excellent English. He tailored the itinerary perfectly to our interests, including Ubud, waterfalls, and temples, and made sure we beat the crowds at every stop. Kantun’s warm personality made the long drives fly by. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting a stress-free and authentic Bali experience!
