  Excellent tour that was perfectly organized. I have been on a lot of snorkeling tours around the world but never been given this good equipment, even personal single-use mouth pieces for the snorkels were handed out. The only little thing that could have been adjusted was pick-up time at the hotel. There was over an hour wait at the pier before the tour started. Guides were fun, friendly and spoke excellent english. And; Surin Islands is a beautiful destination!!!

  The underwater life was beautiful, unfortunately a lot of wind, which limited the snorkeling spots. The lunch also cooled down quickly, was otherwise tasty. The organization runs smoothly at the reception: photo for insurance, pick up snorkel and flippers, there is even breakfast! The guidance routinely tells us what to expect and makes it clear that there are enough seasickness pills. We make grateful use of it and, because of the long journey to get to the Surin Islands, we do not regret it! The snorkeling experience was perfect, but one of the boats broke down and on the high seas, with heavy waves, the travelers were transferred one by one to our and the other boat. A perilous undertaking, but fortunately there was plenty of room left. The rest was a 'bumpy ride' and we were happy to have solid ground under our feet again. There was a Thai meal (buffet) waiting for us, the framed picture (how did they manage that so quickly?!) we let go. We were mainly concerned with nature and this excursion was definitely worth it!

  We expected more of it. We had to wake up very early, only to have to wait an hour and a half before getting an explanation of half an hour. The boatride was also quit long and boring since you can´t really see anything from the boat. The meal was also unfortunatly the worst one we had all trip. The snorkling itself was beautifull and great if you only expect corall and fish. But since the thumbnail image shows a turtle, we were of course hoping to see them. We both have had better snorklingtrips before this one. The seagypsy village was lovely but we only stayed there for a short time, and they started calling us 10min before we had to leave, screaming our groups colour with 3 people at the same time. It certainly leaves room for improvement.

  Amazing experience! Lots of opportunities to snorkel and see the corals and the fish! The crew were all friendly and informative. Food and drinks provided were lovely, I'd recommend this to other families

  Great trip to Surin Islands to snorkle and visit a village where people live without any modern facilities. Beautiful fishes and corals. Unfortunately, we did not see any turtle. Remember to use sun screen and a T-shirt or adequate svimming suit to protect yourself from the sun when in the water. You have to wear a life-jacket when snorkling. Nice stop at one of the Islands to have lunch, seeing flying lemurs. Incredible beautiful transparent sea that immediately drags you to the water. Great guides! Great experience!

  The Surin Islands snorkelling day tour with Seastar was fantastic. Right from the start at their headquarters, the staff were friendly, efficient and organised. Our tour guide, Moana, was very knowledgeable and very funny and engaging too. The crew on the boat were great also. The scenery and the snorkelling was absolutely stunning!   A well organized trip for snorkeling and it will be a long day. Pick up at the hotel approx 7 am and return at 6 pm. The speed boat to the island is fast but very noisy. It feels packed on the boat and no space for walking around. Snorkeling places (three) are very lovely, and lots of fish and corals. Again it feels a little crowded as several boats stop at the same places. Much appreciated the stop at Moken community. I would recommend to stay one night on the island to fully appreciate this beautiful spot.

  Extremely well organised with plenty of staff on hand to make sure everyone was looked after. Getting to the islands takes around 1 hour 20 mins on a speed boat. When you get there the snorkelling was excellent - amongst the best I’ve seen. I think we were either lucky or not too many boats ( we expected more crowds given earlier reviews) but it was fine and plenty of time to explore. A huge variety of fish, sea stars and corals

  Great organized tour. In 1:20 h by speedboat on the island of Moken, then snorkel stops and then lunch and leisure on the 2nd. Insel. Before returning, last snorkel stop. Guides and team very attentive and concerned for the well-being of the holidaymakers. Clear recommendation. It was our 2. Excursion with the company.
