Took all 3 routes & it really covered the city well. The audio was some of the best I Jane experienced it timed up well with the sites.
What a waste of a day and money. Not enough buses!

They make the purchase really easy but due to the lack of buses for the routes this makes for extremely long waiting times to hop back on the buses. You definitely don’t get much value for the cost you pay. We are so sorry bought the 48 hour pass. Never again.

Absolutely dissatisfying. Waited 20 minute to start the first tour. Finally departed and rode for about 3/4 of the route. Jumped off for coffee and tried to get back on a different route. Waited 45 minutes to get on the headed to main starting point and sat for about 15 more minutes. Turns out there is only one bus on this route. All over town they have people selling tickets, but not enough buses. Maybe they should have more bus drivers than ticket sellers.

We went booked a VERY last minute discovery tour since we only had an hour or so before moving onto Seville. This was perfect! We took the purple line and Fran, our tour guide, was fantastic. Would highly recommend if you’re short on time & want just a high level of the city before moving on…

Buses do not seem to meet any schedule and depart whenever 'convenient'. number of buses appears to be limited. Once you get on, you don't really want to get off.

Loved that there were three different lines you could use to see the whole city. The audio was pleasant and informative.

It is a companion SCAM, I was able to do a route as I was waiting 45 minutes at stop 10 of the blue line and it never arrived, we went down to neptune and we are told that there are no more buses, while the other companies operated. Tickets say 24 hours and it's a scam. Don't fall for this enterprise.

0 out of 5. Bad experience and even worse handling of the situation by Big Bus Management. I booked the Purple Tour for my wife and I. She has to use a walking stick, so I identified Stop 11 as closest to our hotel. Buses run every 30 minutes. We arrived at the Stop 10 minutes before the scheduled time. No bus appeared. We waited another 50 minutes, and no bus appeared. I went to a local shop and they told me the bus didn't go that way anymore. I called Big Bus and asked for a refund. A simple request as it was easy to check I had not used the Service (was unable to use the Service). Not to mention the inconvenience of the walk to the Stop, waiting an hour and then having to make alternative plans. I was told the matter needed to be referred to the Financial Team who would get back to me within 48 hours. 3 days later they responded. They admitted the bus had been re-routed that day and had missed Stop 11. They refused a full refund. They implied the re-routing was just for that day, but the shop assistant's comment indicated to me that this had been going on for some time. Either way, this should have been updated online, and could have been forwarded to all ticket holder, who's contact details are collected during online ticket purchase. The bottomline is that if you pay for an advertised Service, and it is not provided, you should be entitled to a full refund. So take the Big BusTour at your own risk. They want your money, but don't care about the Service
