  Very good both routes, but does not allow you to get off in the places you want and that leaves you with the feeling that you could not get more out of the experience

  We booked a full day trip to Segovia and Toledo and thought it'll be a great night to end our last night in Spain and we were right! Leaving from the Madrid to the North, then back to Madrid and to South again normally sounds like a long tedious day but not only was it not, we had the privilege of experiencing 2 different weather condition - snowy Segovia and a non-snowy one in Toledo. The sights were amazing and there was so much to look, but the experience was only made great because Ramiro, our guide was truly amazing - his ability to explain everything clearly in English and Espanol without making it sound like a drag, his patience with everyone, his constant care for the group and most importantly, his passion in sharing knowledge with us makes him a superstar in our eyes. He was so good that we gave him a tip for a couple of pints of beer on us, though he has never mentioned a tip. If anyone gets Ramiro as a guide, you'll be in great hands ☺️ Thank you, Big Bus and Ramiro for the phenomenal experience.

  Booked it last minute and it was worth it, the tour takes you to major attraction.Best staff presenter.Enjoyed it much.The best way to spend half day in Madrid

  This was the most disappointing city bus tour we. have done. We started off on the Green route. Having boarded the bus and set off we found that the audio commentary was not working and would not work on this trip. As a result we repeated the Green Route again once they had fixed the problem. That said the route is fairly uninteresting and plagued by the fact that it mostly uses a very congested route so we probably spent more time at the endless traffic lights rather than sight seeing. The red route was more interesting and the audio worked although it was not well synced to the landmarks. Traffic was still a big problem. Being honest it is much better to walk the central areas of Madrid. Also please note this is NOT a hop on hop off trip as is the case in many European cities.

  The route is fantastic, covering all the main sights and the views from the open top are spectacular on a clear day. The big problem was the live guide using a handheld microphone. With the wind and traffic noise on the upper deck, it was almost impossible to hear or understand her commentary in either Spanish or English for most of the ride. Many passengers (including me) missed large parts of the explanations. Staff were friendly and buses clean, but if you want to actually hear the guide, sit downstairs or pick a different tour. Great sights, disappointing audio experience on top.

  Juan is fluent in English and Spanish , friendly, funny and informative. He was happy to answer any questions. Our only difficulty was finding the Big Bus stop. The only one is outside the Prado and is s 90-minute non-stop loop. I know there were bad experiences but we would do it again.

  Never got to go ok tour as they never responded. Perhaps do not book same day. Definitely book well in advance.

  The best way to catch all the important sites In Madrid The tour was not rushed yet it was very informative The guide Alvaro was funny, deliberate and informative and gave us time to soak in the information He was not rushed to provide all the information
