1.00If you book through Viator and go to Big Bus Shop the voucher is not recognised. Say goodbye to $350 PLUS additional $155 for night tour. Viator staff tried to help but no good

3.00Bus around the city to get to different areas is great. Tour portion was one of the worst narratives we’ve experienced. Stop numbers were announced after you left the stop. Lots of fill in music rather than narration . It is a great way to get thru the city and get to different stops.

5.00Purchased 48 hour pass. Used two days. Enjoyed the ability to either sit in the open top or lower covered area on the double decker bus. Stops are well situated within the city. Staff and drivers were very helpful. It is very useful to download the app so you can track the buses as you move throughout the city. Good value for the money.

1.00Overpriced and poor service. On the blue line for Bondi Beach there are only 2 buses, if you step down in between, you have to wait 45 minutes for the next bus. And they not always stop at all the signs … very confusing!

4.00A nice way to get around the city. The app to see where the stops are and estimated arrival times worked well; very handy to use. The one con is the disconnect between the sight seeing narratives and the timing of driving by. Especially on the red route. Many times you hear about the area and then pass it later. This should be fixed.
BigBus Sydney - well worth my time! Love Sydney!

5.00Bought the Sydney Big Bus HOHO 48 hour plus Sydney Night Tour and Harbour Cruise - and I did it all. The Red Tour has 16 stops and the Blue Tour with 8 stops. I went first on the Blue Tour to cruise Bondi beach which was great - then returned to stop 8/16 for the Red Tour for all downtown Sydney. Took the night tour on Saturday night - and despite some rainy weather at the start - it worked out. Shoutout to Robin who was excellent giving the live commentary and Gil our driver. Both handed out rain ponchos to those wanting to go up top. For the first half - most of us stayed down. Then half-way through we all went upstairs when it stopped raining but we put on our rain ponchos to stay drive and warm. Even Robin came up top too. Really enjoyed listening to Robin - despite a little disappointing weather at the start - well worth the tour. BTW ... this was the third time I had Gil for the HOHO driver - nice guy - and does a great job driving. Thanks Sydney Big Bus Staff - Robin and Gil!

5.00We had a great time. Buses were easy to find and very comfort. We’ve done the big bus tours in the US and always enjoy them. Can’t wait to come back.
