4.00The circuit is as long as two hours if you do the circuit before getting on and getting off, I was told by someone it was an hour, in saying that you need to do the circuit so you can choose your get off stops.

5.00This is a fantastic way to see Sydney. my 10yo son thought it was the best, he loved the top story and enjoyed listening to the auto with the history of each building. Being able to watch the buses (live time) on the app. was very convenient. All drivers were very friendly.

4.00Used Big Bus Tours before and same great experience in Sydney App showed us where buses were on route so easy to plan, staff very friendly and the commentary was really informative, we learnt lots about this great city !! We did both routes and they were excellent way to get your bearings and explore Sydney

1.00Don’t bother. You will lucky to stop and go more than 3 times in a day. It was clear this particular Big Bus franchise are only interested it ripping us off. Not enough buses and dreadful frequency. The map hardly resembles the route they take and the app is waste of time to check where the bus is. Use an uber and will cost less and you will see more. Wasted £140

1.00Very poor. Rarely on time and by rarely I mean never. Compared with all the other big bus tours we have used dreadful. It said each half hour. Definitely not!!!! Bus does not do the route the map says.

4.00The red blue and the purple bus was a really good experience, seeing the city in one go and hopping off and on on the next bus within 30-40 mins. It was convenient and efficient way of seeing Sydney when on a solo short trip The ferry however was a scam. It was no hop on hop off situation. If you hop off you get stranded for 3 hours (I did). It’s not well managed nor do they care about the hop on hop off customers. The ferry leaves earlier than the designated time, at the drop off destinations there is no one to ask when is the next ferry coming to pick you up. Please use Sydney’s regular ferry the green one they are awesome. This one is a scam

1.00Really bad organization. The first bus was 30 minutes late and totally full. The next bus was 40 minutes away. We didn’t wait, took an Uber. Too few buses operating. The recorded explanations were good, but a guide book and Uber was better.

5.00Great experience on the On/Off bus we certainly got our value worth. Drivers and all Staff very happy and friendly and helpful. Night tour our favourite and Stephen the guide very informative and quite funny.
