2.00low frequency of bus, better off taking light rails or bus to get around. NOT 24/7, it’s on 9am-4pm, the ad is very misleading. Not worth the money at all. Only good thing is if you don’t want walk at all, just stay on the bus, it still helps tick majority of boxes of Sydney site seeing spots

5.00We had the red and blue bus tours along with the ferry trip all included. We didn’t take the night bus which was included. Well worth it to see the city and beach in such a short time. Do this trip first to save walking.
Worse Hop on Hop off I. Sydney ever.

1.00We have done this tour in several cities. This was the worse experience ever. They only had 2 busses on the blue route. We waited over 45 minutes for a bus. We gave up and walked to a red stop. According to the app, it was another 20 minutes until the bus showed up at the blue stop. The red route had 4 busses running. We were afraid to get off since the wait times were so long. Very disappointing.

3.00We learned a lot about Sydney, and saw places we would not have otherwise. There was a lot of waiting for buses and delays. Staying in the bus the whole time would give you a better overview of the area, then hop off on areas you want to explore at length.

1.00Prerecorded mainly playing the same songs and not providing much info. Sound was bad Hours short - we only had one day in Sydney starting at 1pm. Really Bad value for so much money! Long wait - people getting off. Poor operation

5.00Great overall. Staff was friendly and helpful. Busses came often and on schedule. They have a wide route area so you should be able to get the bus anywhere in the city.
