5.00I love hop on hop off buses. Not only do you get to see everything you can actually decide what things you wanna go back to. This one Bondi Beach was amazing.

4.00A great intro to the city and convenient locations to hop on and hop off. A special shout-out to Holly at Stop 1 near The Rocks, who helped me retrieve glasses that I had forgotten on the bus the previous day. What a lifesaver!

5.00Great way to see the entire city and famous surrounding locations in one day. Make sure you bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. Sitting on the upper level is the best experience

1.00We were in Sydney for two and thought this would be a great way to see as much as we could. Regrettably we were wrong as on a very busy Sunday with several cruise ships in port they had only six buses running the whole route. As the day progressed we waited and whenever a bus came along there was not enough room to get on. After almost an hour and half we called Big Bus to complain to which they offered a one day refund. They later reneged on that stating since we booked with Expedia that they would have to issue the refund. Expedia says Big Bus and to date we never ever received our refund. Both Expedia and Big Bus passed the buck!!

4.00I've had nothing but good luck with Viator until this purchase. Thankfully I talked directly to Big Bus and they helped me out. I purchased a 48 hour Hop on Hop off ticket however... The ticket wasn't good until two days later. I couldn't find a way to contact Viator (coykd just be me) so I went directly to big bus to solve my issue. Big Bus was a confused as I was and said this wasn't the first time it's happened.

5.00What a magical night it was! A friend and I were strolling around Circular Quay when we came upon Mr. Adam who was at the Big Bus Kiosk (Stop 1). We inquired about the night tour and he was very enthusiastic about sharing what to expect on this adventure. We found him to be super courteous and we were happy to skip browsing the brochure and to just buy the tickets. We ended up telling 5 of our other friends traveling through Sydney and we all shared the bus that Mr. Adam drove! It turns out, they had to employ a second bus due to popularity and demand that night, but we made sure to be in Mr. Adam’s bus! It was a beautiful night tour - everyone got a top level (open air) seat so we could take in all the sights! Sydney and all its iconic wonders (the opera house, Luna park, harbor bridge and more) at dusk and then all lit up fully at night left us breathless. The bus left on time, we had fabulous commentary by our guide, and the driving was safe and comfortable. Thank you Mr. Adam! There were a few stops and ample time to take in the views and photos! This was the highlight of our visit. Seeing Sydney at sunset transitioning into the twilight hour followed by the night scene will fill you with wonder. Do not hesitate to book! Mahalo from the gals from Hawaii! We appreciate the aloha all the way from down under!

3.00We Took both the blue & red tours on Saturday. There were road closures & detours in place which were beyond Big Bus' control but as a result the red route bus no longer went to stop 4 at St Mary's Cathedral. No one mentioned this to us or the other two groups of people who gathered there & after a 45 minute wait we walked to stop 7 at William Street. The Recorded commentary was often out of sync with the bus' actual location.

5.00Thoroughly enjoyed the day trip. A fabulous way to see city sights. There are two routes which intersect at Central Station. Dowmload the App and licate uour nearest bus stop from where to board. We combined it with an afternoon visit to Sydney Opera House. If you have only 1 day to spare, take the 24 hour ticket. We were given the 48 hour ticket by the tour operator but had only one day to use it!!
