5.00Activate your tickets rigth before boarding for first time. Tickets are for 24 hours, you might be able to use the buses next morning or day. Commentary is pretty good and ibformative. There are a lot of stops, 2 days will be used well. Sydney city traffic not bad. Highly recommended.

1.00Do not waste your time or.money on thos bus tour. Faster and cheaper to take public transport or Uber. Very slow. There is no loop hours not friendly. Compared to Big bus tours in other countries this bus tour is not at all useful. I paid for 2 days and used only for one hour . Changing from.red to blue route also not easy.

4.00The Big Bus is as a great way to see lots of Sydney without having to do the walking or the driving. We did both the red and the blue routes. The onboard experience is very good. The drivers were mostly very accommodating. Upstairs is the best but tricky on rainy days although ponchos are provided which were really helpful. The only issue is that not all stops have somewhere to sit while waiting (sometimes up to 30 minutes) which was hard for an 80+ year old. And the stops changed from one day to the next so just use the app to be sure you can follow the changes. The app is great for tracking bus locations etc. Recommendation: place a symbol for which stops have seating.

4.00The bus stopped in the area of many of the major sites in and around Sydney. However, in most cases they drop you off a short distance from the site, not at the actual site. The 24 hour time frame can be a bit misleading and it should be made clearer that the last bus stops just before 5pm.

1.00Terrible experience. None of the stops are located where you can take a quick picture. Redl line takes 2 hours. Our trip took 2 1/2 because at circle quay they made everyone get off the bus. When I asked why I was told they needed bus on blue line. I asked if there would be room on next bus and was told an empty one was coming in 15 minutes. The attendant then put 6 tourists on our bus and it took off. We waited half an hour for next bus which was the regularly scheduled one and it wasnt empty. When I called her on it and complained she then said our bus had mechanical difficulty which was bs since she put the six special tourists on the defective bus. No respect for customers.
