• A fun trip but not as described

  The first thing to say was that myself and my wife enjoyed this trip and as my wife was very nervous about the electric bike, she was really pleased when she quickly mastered it. But, the trip started badly when nobody turned up for the 8:00am start. Another member of the group phoned the contact number and there was much confusion as the booking details had only been received late the previous evening - we had booked a few days before but the other four had booked 4 weeks before. The trip ‘mechanic’ arrived around 8:15 but he had limited English so there was further confusion about when the tour leader would arrive and also about a complimentary boat trip we were offered due to the problems. The tour leader arrived around 8:45 ish and further confusion about when we would do the boat trip. We started but due to only having limited instruction on the bikes the 3 ladies were very nervous. There was a short ride through busy traffic including a roundabout, which probably would have been quieter if we had left on time, but was nerve racking to negotiate. As soon as we were on the island the traffic disappeared and it was easier to gain confidence in the bikes. We didn’t see the ‘Mystical submerged Saptakoteshwar temple’, we didn’t see’Our Lady of Piety church’, we didn’t ’Witness & learn about traditional methods used in fishing’, we didn’t see the ‘Sluice gates that control the flow of water inland’ or the ‘Fisherman’s hut & temple tanks’. But we didn’t have a complimentary boat ride and also a delicious free breakfast - so not quite the trip we thought we would have but they at least tried to make up for the poor start.

  Lovely 3hours riding around divar island. The only slight issue was my bike didn't like steep hills so it was hard work in places. Glad I'm a fit bloke

  We had a fantastic afternoon the guide was extremely informative throughout the whole tour excellent stop with home baking would highly recommend.

  Had a lovely e-bike experience with Riaz who was so patient, knowledgeable and warm, especially when he was fasting during Ramadan! The kokum syrup & sunset views were my fave, and he was really helpful with taking photos and videos too😍

  It was a little stressfactor because we went very fast around the island. I did not feel very comfortabel onbeheerd ebike and slippers roads. The views were amazing.
