The Blue Ice Cave - This natural phenomenon is undeniably the most awesome and mesmerizing in Iceland. As it form naturally every winter under the glacier, our guides have to search for them every winter since their location is not the same. Throughout the winter, the shape, size, structure, and position of the Ice Cave keeps changing as the ice melts during the day and freezes again during the night. Let our professional guide explain to you the how what and why. Come and be awed by Mother Nature.

You will be driven on to the glacier by specially modified vehicle with experience glacier guide to the entrance of the ice cave. It will be an unforgetable experience.

In the event of bad weather, if the road to Jökulsárlón is open and our tours are departing as per normal, we are not obligated to reschedule or refund if you are not able to make your way to Jökulsárlón. You can claim from your travel insurance in those cases.

Really good experience for glacier and blue ice cave. And great tour guide and wondering experience taking super jeep. More important, our trip is in a small group, which provides more better experience.

Excellent experience!! The ice caves were amazing, like what we see in national geographic! Snorri and Goran from Marina Travel were amazing! Felt safe at all times, we started on time and enjoyed the fun stories that Snorri had to share. The vehicle was amazing and the music made the ride even more enjoyable! Goran took some amazing pics!!

Mr snorri and Goran gave us a wonderful trip. Safety maintained always. Unique, once in a lifetime experience. To be experienced in person, and enjoyed. The souped up vehicle was amazing.

This was really one of our best tours Iceland. The Blue Ice Cave Tour is absolutely worth it. We had a ride in huge specially equipped Jeep to the glacier and Cave. Had to put on spikes under your hiking shoes to walk to the Cave. This was a unique nice experience walking on the Glacier. Our guide was professional and very funny. We were the only two in the group so actually we had a private guide 😊 Stepping into the cave was breathtaking. The ice was really Blue, and it was not really cold inside the cave as you were protected from the outside wind.
