  Positive elements: got back within the time frame expected, clear communication about when and where we should meet our driver, clear communication with the company via phone call and whatsapp. No ones fault....the weather wasn't great so we couldn't really see anything but that's not the tour's fault. Less ideal.... multiple lookout points were closed. The one we were told we'd go to via whatsapp instead of the one that was closed, we didn't go to. We were told to do one ride, 15 minute walk, 1 ride, eat lunch, and go to the next ride, where we'd meet the guide at a specific time. We got to the lunch part, ate as fast as we could and then didn't get to do the last line because the line/queue was so long we wouldn't make it to the meeting place in time despite giving ourselves 30 minutes for the line/queue. We were shorted on time here, we skipped lookouts, and then we even returned extra early to the meeting point. (like we could have had more time at the scenic world).

  Disapointing given the cost. Not a comfortable bus and no water provided. Paperwork indicated there would be a guide however ours was just a driver. Poor language skills, inexperienced, no commentary along the way (in Australia for only 12 months) who admitted this was his first time in wildlife park. Driver should have been accompanied by an experienced guide to observe and learn.

  The guide named Shaun did not communicate much with guests. Some guests visited the Sydney zoo but did not turn up timely, we all had to wait for more than 30 minutes. Shaun tried to contact them but failed, even though, he did not have any explanation to all guests.

  To much time looking at different angles of the mountain. More time should be added to city of Leura. Could add there art galleries etc. However our tour guide Frank was amazing, very friendly and extremely Helpful.

  The tour guide was a nice person however he was not informative and did not share any facts about the places we visited. He was not a tour guide. He was a vehicle driver. Throughout the drive and trip he was silent and at the different activities, he provided very minimal information which was difficult to understand since he had a thick accent. The meeting point for the tour was changed the day before and the assigned tour guide was switched on the day of the tour. The different places we went to were nice, but there was absolutely no information or facts provided about the sites at all. I would like a 50% refund on the trip.

• Great views with excellent cable cars which make the Blue mountains worth visiting.

  It was an knowlegable experience, worth visiting and excited. One day is not enough to visit such an enchanting place.

  Unfortunately, this tour was disappointing due to poor communication and itinerary changes. We booked the no zoo option, yet were still required to travel with the zoo group and wait for an hour while others visited, something that was never disclosed at booking. The tour also advertised a one-hour stop in a local village, which was a main reason we booked. Instead, the guide discouraged the stop, took a group vote, and it was skipped entirely. An alternative was later offered, but only by rushing both Scenic World and the village, which wasn’t reasonable. Meeting points and return times were often unclear throughout the day. While the locations themselves are beautiful, the lack of transparency and changes to advertised inclusions made this tour fall short of expectations.

  Incredibly disappointing. The time allotted for each stop is not nearly enough. We had an hour for lunch but every restaurant was Incredibly busy. Had to go to the grocery store for food. Then, we had 2 hours at Scenic World with a ticket that allowed unlimited rides on the 3 rides. However, it took 40 minutes just to go on one ride. What a waste of time and money. Don't do this tour. Instead, take the train yourself from the city then you can spend as much time as you want.
