The Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum is an interactive, guided experience where you will be a part of the single most important event leading up to the American Revolution. Board 18th-century replica sailing ships brig Beaver and Eleanor, and join the countrymen in tossing the tea into the sea! View the only known surviving tea chest from that fateful night, the Robinson Tea Chest. Transport back in time while viewing the multi-sensory film "Let it Begin Here", where you will be a part of Paul Revere's midnight ride and be placed into the battle where the "Shot heard 'round the world" was fired. 5.00This was a fun little museum exhibit with good actors, and an environment of participation, which was very fun. I would recommend, there were not a lot of displays. It was more of an informative type environment. They had a nice little café and a tea room at the end of the tour. There was also a very nice gift shop on the way out.

5.00I was slightly hesitant to visit, worried it might be overly touristy, but it really exceeded expectations. The actors are excellent at reading the room and engaging visitors without overdoing it. You are given a character card at the start, and the actors refer to your character during the experience, which makes it far more immersive. Even as a solo traveler, staff were happy to help with filming during the tea-throwing experience. I was wearing a red coat/jacket that day by accident, and was made well aware of it several times (in a fun, lighthearted way). The balance between education and entertainment is very well done. The gift shop at the end is reasonably priced and, of course, has plenty of tea. Highly recommended. The experience is a solid hour, and you move quickly between places, but you never feel too rushed. Once again, highly recommended.

5.00This museum was the highlight of our trip. The actors are believable, in costume, and enthusiastic. They kept the kids as well as the adults engaged the whole time. There are a number of “scenes “ and each is of high production value. Highly recommend. Afterwards there’s a pretty and comfortable place to get a pot of tea, baked goods, relax and even interact with the actors, who are quite knowledgeable.

5.00So much fun. The actors were so into it and we had a really good time. If you like history it’s definitely a fun silly informative experience. They’re literally dressed as Sam Adams lmfao i loved it
