1.00We were driving from great Ocean road and our car was broke down . We called viator to change the time of our trip and viator did not change and charged us 100% cancellation fee. We just requested to change date as we were stuck in the road. Very poor customer service.

4.00Even though you get the ticket digitally from Viator you still have to line up and get a paper ticket to give to them onboard. Great tour though perfect amount of time and the guy driving the boat and giving commentary was great.

3.00leisurely trip down the Yarra River in the heart of Melbourne.The boat looked inviting but there were no cushions for sitting on the ouside area which was a shame as it was a beautiful day.The sound system was terrible.No speakers outside at all and inside it was difficult to discern what the captain was saying .This was due to him not speaking clearly but also the volume was low.Half way through the trip the speaker shorted out with a large bang and there was no effort to carry on without one.There were several crew members hanging around who could have done a brief commentary at both ends of the boat.

4.00We enjoyed seeing Melbourne from another perspective cruising along the Yarra. It was lovely to see all the sights and listen to the commentary to hear the history. Would recommend this cruise to others who are looking to do something different.

5.00Very interesting facts provided by the guide. Spacious boat, and although it says no alcohol in the Viator ad, there is alcohol served on board.
