  Horrible experience. The company is not serious. We stayed 9 hours in the car, without going down, without seeing NO attraction, we didn't even visit an attraction, nothing, without lunch, the company decided after more than 5 hours of travel that we would return to Kuala Lumpur without consulting us. And we were not reimbursed, only 10% as an act of goodwill (it was what they said) The itinerary was changed in more than 100km in an already long journey. We are elderly and we were left without water, without meal and without going to a decent stop for 9h. It is a case beyond the consumer, it is a case of ill-treatment.

  We had a fantastic time on the tour. We covered the strawberry farm, butterfly farm and tea plantation. Cameron Highlands is absolutely gorgeous place with the vibes of a cozy, quaint town. Our driver Magen was very jovial, accomodating, and knowlegable. He shared a lot of the stories behind the places that we visited. Although, we had to deal with traffic our tour driver was great and he got us back to the hotel as soon as possible. I also want to say that I pestered the tour operator with a lot of questions, they were very kind and responsive. If you only have one day to go to Camerom Highlands, I would recommend this tour. My one suggestion to people booking the tour is too avoid weekends and holidays, in order to avoid the traffic. But overall well worth the money.

  We had a fabulous day out with Kalai. This is a long day trip (ours was around thirteen hours) due to the distance and varying traffic conditions. Kalai was an excellent driver and she was particularly skilled in finding and using tight parking spaces. We enjoyed all our stops, including BOH tea plantation (great lunch stop 😋😀), cute Bee 🐝 farm, Strawberry 🍓 farm, stunning Rose and Orchid displays, Cameron tea plantation (scones and strawberry jam), fabulous Cacti displays and waterfall.   The trip to malaysia with sastica travels was mostly Great but the food options could have been a bit more diverse still it was a wonderful experience over all
