An informative day trip to Australia’s capital city. The museums and parliament building were so well curated and insightful, and Gill was engaging, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the trip. I would recommend this to anyone interested in learning more about Australian culture and history.

It's a pretty long travel for a one-day-trip - 610km we have been informed upon a questio from a participant. However, Mark our guide was a very judicious driver and managed as well some nasty moments due to a downpoor with hale perfectly. His broad knowledge about the story of Canberra, its fantastic sites we visited, is outstanding.

Despite some hiccups that were outside of the control of the tour, this was amazing. The war memorial was great, I liked the museum, and the tour of the parliament house and embassy row (don't know if that's what it's called in Canberra) was interesting. The guide had a ton of knowledge and information to share, and it was a smaller tour which made gathering people together much easier. My only tip for those going solo would be to see if you can get to the first boarding point to start so you can get a solo seat. Again, outside of the control of the company, 2 people traveling together decided they both wanted window seats, so I was forced to sit with one or the other of them, and it was a tight squeeze for strangers, but it ultimately didn't impact the quality of the places we saw.
