1.00AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Horrible fraudulent tour operator. We arrived at the gondola meeting point and waited for 10 minutes, however, there was no one around to meet with us. We went to a nearby kiosk to ask about the tour, and the woman at the kiosk was incredibly rude and dismissive, and said we would not be able to go on the tour that we prepaid for. When requesting a refund through Viator as instructed by the company (Venice Tours, City Tours Co LTD), the tour company claimed that the tour was “conducted as scheduled” which is entirely untrue and fraudulent. There was literally no tour guide in sight as we waited around. This is a complete scam. I would avoid this tour and any other tour by this company at all costs!!

2.00Seating is very uncomfortable if you don’t get the very back seats! We were on two very small stools( so to speak ) facing each other. Someone was in a chair right to my right so I couldn’t see anything. I can at least say I rode one in Italy, but very disappointed.

1.00Absolutely packed waterways with the gondoliers yelling the entire time to each other and ours was yelling to his phone on a phone all a majority of the time. Not relaxing or “charming” as advertised. Do not recommend.
