This chef-guided market tour takes a journey through Pacific Northwest culture by tasting Seattle’s best artisan vendors in the famous Pike Place Market. Enjoy diverse tastings at 9 different locations— and food options like chocolate covered cherries, chowder, and much more. All groups are kept to 12 guests to ensure easier navigation of the market, more tastings, and a better platform to ask questions and interact with the group. Leave with a 10% discount card to shop and explore after the tour.
*Note that tours stops may adjust depending on time of year and guide.
This is a walking tour that does require a moderate amount of physical fitness due to distance, small hills, stairs and cobblestone terrain.
This is a market tour that includes walking/standing and not a restaurant tour with a variety of food alternatives and sitting opportunities.

Meeting Location: is 1600 First Ave outside of Simply Seattle. We meet on the street. Chef will be wearing a chef coat
Gratuities (optional) are not included in the price
Please arrive 10 minutes early. Once the tour leaves the starting point we cannot catch you up as it is a moving tour and guides choose their own routes.
Eat Seattle is permitted and licensed by the Pike Place Market PDA to operate tours in the Pike Place Historical District. The PDA requires any business or person conducting tours within it’s properties and in the public areas of the historical district to be pre-approved and to have a license for this activity.
There is a paid parking garage located at 1531 Western Ave. If you require parking, leave lots of extra time. The lot could be closed due to over capacity in the Summer. We don't recommend driving for this reason..
In the event of a non-appearance for any reason, we regret to inform you that rescheduling or refunding will not be feasible.

We meet outside of Simply Seattle located at 1600 First Ave. That's First Ave and Pine Street. The tour leaves right on time and we won't be able to catch you up if you're late. If you're driving, leave lots of extra time to park.

5.00We had a brilliant experience. If you have time, this food tour is absolutely worth it. Our guide Sylas was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was also clearly loved by all the vendors we passed. I would 100% recommend asking for Sylas as your guide if booking.

5.00I've lived in Seattle for 40 years, and been to Pike Place Market many, many, many times... but still learned some new things on this tour, discovered some super yummy new food, and had so much fun! I was happily surprised to discover this interesting, engaging, informative, tasty activity. My husband and I went with 2 friends, and had such a good time! Our guide Will was especially good!

5.00This was hands down one of the best experiences of our trip . We had beautiful weather and our tour guide Will was awesome. Will was so funny, engaging, knowledgeable and just an all around great tour guide. The food stops were wonderful and tasty. We went back and bought the smoked salmon and Apple Curd from two of the vendors we stopped at. You will receive plenty of food and the clam chowder is hands down the best there is. Thanks again Will for such a great time, me and my wife enjoyed it. Jeff and Kari

5.00Great tour. Will was our guide, went to many different places, tried a lot of different foods. Appreciated his enthusiasm and chatting with us. Particularly liked the Gelato and the last item at the truffle place. Also appreciated the personal touches he provided.
